Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen, es hat uns richtig super gefallen.
Pros:

Late Check In an einem Selfe Automaten.
Zimmer reichen vollkommen fürs übernachten aus.
Es war alles sauber.
Treppenhaus etwas hellhörig aber alles im Rahmen.
Besitzer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Parkplatz kann man für einen Aufpreis von 10€ dazu buchen ist keine 50m entfernt.

Frühstücksaal war sauber und die Tische wurden immer Zeitnah abgeräumt.
Die Frau war immer sehr erpicht das die Schalen mit den Zutaten immer wieder gefüllt waren.
Zum Frühstück gab es Conrflakes, Marmelade, Nutella, Honig, frisches Gemüße, frisches Obst, Wurst und Käse, Brot und Toast.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir gewünscht das der Parkplatz ausgeschildert ist und bitte achtet darauf das dieser nicht für große Autos geeignet ist ohne großes rangieren (wir fahren ein Hyundai Tucson)

Park Möglichkeiten ohne den gemieteten ist sehr schwer.

Top Personal, leider nicht gut gelegen und spärliches Frühstück

Cons:

Zimmer hatte Fenster zum Hinterhof, indem auch ein Hauseingang lag. Die ganze Nacht über gingen dort Leute ein und aus, die entsprechend laut waren und die Beleuchtung aktivierten. Auch zog Zigarettenrauch durch die gekippten Fenster rein. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern war es leider zu stickig.

Frühstück hätte reichhaltiger sein können.

Valutabile se siete di passaggio per una sola notte e volete trovare un compromesso economico
Pros:

Colazione sorprendentemente varia seppur orientata a formaggi e salumi prevalentemente. Peccato che alle 8:30 gran parte del pane fresco e della frutta fossero già stati mangiati dagli altri ospiti e non rifornito.

Cons:

La camera è decisamente piccola e piuttosto mal tenuta. Bagno sufficientemente spazioso. Pulizia decisamente migliorabile così come la qualità degli asciugamani (uno assegnatoci era liso in più punti) e della biancheria da letto (macchie sui copri piumini decisamente poco invitanti). La stanza che ci è stata assegnata era al terzo piano, nel sottotetto, senza aria condizionata ma dotata di un ventilatore (piuttosto rumoroso). La necessità era solo di aver un appoggio per una notte quindi va bene così, considerati i prezzi medi offerti dalla città.

Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Dass man für den Preis keinen Luxus zu erwarten hat, ist völlig klar. Alles andere war ausgebucht und wir haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es nahe an einer Eventlocation war, die wir besucht haben.
Dass Hotelzimmer in die Jahre kommen, ist normal. Aber sie haben nun wirklich nicht den Bildern hier auf Booking entsprochen. Es waren Flecken auf dem Bett, Scheiben im Haus waren eingeschlagen und einiges mehr. Hinzu kommt, dass der Inhaber auf negative Google-Rezensionen unterirdisch unfreundlich , beleidigt und patzig reagiert - sehr unprofessionell. Hätte ich das vorher gelesen, wären wir in ein anderes Hotel weiter weg eingecheckt. Es war eine Notlösung und für den Preis okay, aber ein zweites Mal kommen wir nicht.

L’établissement est très propre et les personnes sont très accueillantes;
Tout en simplicité, les chambres sont bien équipées: Clim ou ventilateur, mini frigo, télévision… la literie est très bonne aussi!
Le petit-déjeuner est bien garni, aussi bien salé que sucré!
Possibilité de se garer aux alentours sans problème.

Kluss rajons, tuvu sabiedriskais transports un pārtikas veikals. Ērta satiksme uz centru un citām Štutgartes vietām. Optimālas brokastis, viss bija pietiekami. Laipna apkalpošana, atsaucīgs personāls.

Pros:

Excellent location, metro to the city center in 2 minutes walking, S-bahn to Porsche museum in 5-6 minutes. Shop Rewe in 4-5 minutes.
We had family apartment with enough space. Breakfast served from 6:30 a.m., which was very convenient to leave early, coffee available during the day also. The staff very helpful and kind.

Cons:

Photo on Booking looks more elegant than the reality. Our apartement had electric fan only, in very hot summertime it may be insufficient for somebody.

Frühe Frühstückszeiten; sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal

Cons:

Leider waren wir mit vielen Mitreisenden gesegnet, die die Ruhezeiten eher als wohlwollende Empfehlung gesehen haben. Dies ist allerdings vom Hotel nicht beeinflussbar, vor allem wenn die Mitarbeitenden bereits im wohlverdienten Feierabend sind. Störend war es dennoch, vor allem wenn man bei den heißen Temperaturen mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte.
