Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Dass man für den Preis keinen Luxus zu erwarten hat, ist völlig klar. Alles andere war ausgebucht und wir haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil es nahe an einer Eventlocation war, die wir besucht haben.
Dass Hotelzimmer in die Jahre kommen, ist normal. Aber sie haben nun wirklich nicht den Bildern hier auf Booking entsprochen. Es waren Flecken auf dem Bett, Scheiben im Haus waren eingeschlagen und einiges mehr. Hinzu kommt, dass der Inhaber auf negative Google-Rezensionen unterirdisch unfreundlich , beleidigt und patzig reagiert - sehr unprofessionell. Hätte ich das vorher gelesen, wären wir in ein anderes Hotel weiter weg eingecheckt. Es war eine Notlösung und für den Preis okay, aber ein zweites Mal kommen wir nicht.

Pros:

L’établissement est très propre et les personnes sont très accueillantes;
Tout en simplicité, les chambres sont bien équipées: Clim ou ventilateur, mini frigo, télévision… la literie est très bonne aussi!
Le petit-déjeuner est bien garni, aussi bien salé que sucré!
Possibilité de se garer aux alentours sans problème.

Kluss rajons, tuvu sabiedriskais transports un pārtikas veikals. Ērta satiksme uz centru un citām Štutgartes vietām. Optimālas brokastis, viss bija pietiekami. Laipna apkalpošana, atsaucīgs personāls.

Pros:

Excellent location, metro to the city center in 2 minutes walking, S-bahn to Porsche museum in 5-6 minutes. Shop Rewe in 4-5 minutes.
We had family apartment with enough space. Breakfast served from 6:30 a.m., which was very convenient to leave early, coffee available during the day also. The staff very helpful and kind.

Cons:

Photo on Booking looks more elegant than the reality. Our apartement had electric fan only, in very hot summertime it may be insufficient for somebody.

Frühe Frühstückszeiten; sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal

Cons:

Leider waren wir mit vielen Mitreisenden gesegnet, die die Ruhezeiten eher als wohlwollende Empfehlung gesehen haben. Dies ist allerdings vom Hotel nicht beeinflussbar, vor allem wenn die Mitarbeitenden bereits im wohlverdienten Feierabend sind. Störend war es dennoch, vor allem wenn man bei den heißen Temperaturen mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte.

The hotel was quite clean, good location.
Pros:

The receptipnist was nice and helpfull

Cons:

The rooms did not look like at the pictures. We paid for doubble room 18m2. We were given much smaller rooms and when asking for the bigger, we were told, they did not even have them at all, they only had appartments as bigger rooms and that was all a Booking.com issue. That they were not able to even change the rooms in the system.

De airco vlak boven het bed, mini bar die veel lawaai maakt, om de zoveel minuten sprong dat het licht ervan aan.
Beperkt ontbijt.
Vermoed een kamer die ze vergaten te renoveren kn 2022.
