Mauvaise expérience
Cons:

Nous avions dans notre réservation un petit déjeuner qui était prévu. Aucun restaurant, aucune indication, et aucun retour de l'établissement si ce n'est des messages automatiques qui vous demandes de renseigner vos informations bancaires.
Pas de réception mais un automate qui permet de récupérer les clefs.
Niveau confort tuyauterie défectueuse dsns la douche, télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, odeurs d'égouts.
Mauvaise expérience.

Goede locatie op doorreis naar Oostenrijk

Cons:

De WC stonk en het ontbijt was erg slecht met een lunch box. Communicatie met hotel was slecht en kon geen gebruik maken van de parkeergarage ondanks 3x (!) telefonisch contact.

Невозможность поселиться и связаться с персоналом. Было указано, круглосуточная стойка регистрации. В итоге, час хождения вокруг и внутри здания. Ни одного человека. На сообщения не отвечают. Полная оплата была с банковской карты. Потом пишут, что не та карта, зарегистрируйтесь через интернет и подтвердите. Деньги с карты списаны были сразу. Вместо стойки регистрации табличка с контактами, которые не работают. В итоге, пришлось искать другую гостиницу. Совет всем, читайте отзывы.

Schlüsselübergabe und Parkplatz

Cons:

Möbel waren kaputt, TV waren ein Sender, Kaffeepads für eine Person, zahnbecher für eine Person...wir waren zu zweit..Frühstück unter alle Kanone.

Kamer is goed, de onze lekker ruim. Prima voor de overnachting. Neem wel zelf eten mee voor ontbijt is mijn advies.

Eigentlich angemessen für Preis-Leistung bei guter Lage und easy check-in, aber kaputtes Bett mies

Die Lage war gut, fußläufig zur U16 (ca. 8 Min)

Cons:

Das Bett hatte einen gebrochenen Lattenrost und sogar auf Hinweis am ersten Tag ist nichts an Reparatur oder Ersatz erfolgt, sodass 2 Nächte auf einem kaputten Bett den Aufenthalt sehr vermiest haben.
Das Frühstück bei all dem Müll und den Styroporboxen mit kaum Inhalt (ein eingeschweißt Croissant, ein Apfel, Kaffeepulver-Stick) lieber ganz weglassen.

Stole from me, dirty place and no WiFi
Pros:

The location is not far from where I needed to go. But if you are going to Bonn Center, it is a bit far away.

Cons:

THE STOLE MY HEADPHONES. I realize it when I got home, I call they keep taking my information and never called me back. My friends have stopped by and they never even open the door.
The room was a bit dirty: bed sheets had hairs and the towels had stains.
The place does NOT have WiFi.

Unfassbar schlecht. Das erste Hotel, das drei Tage lang weder Internet noch Fernseher angeboten hat. Im Jahr 2025 unterirdisch. Trotz telefonischer und persönlicher Aufforderung zur Beseitigung dieser Situation keine Reaktion.
