Excellent stay - highly recommended!
Pros:

The location was excellent and right in the center of town - easy walk to all attractions. Communication was excellent and check-in went smoothly. The unit was modern and spacious. The air conditioning works great and came in handy since it was hot while we were there. There’s an elevator for those who have mobility issues. Good value for the money and I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent!
Pros:

The location was good and communication was excellent. Check-in also went smoothly. Very close to inexpensive parking and a short walk into town. There was a fully stocked kitchen and the unit was very spacious. The air conditioning works great and came in handy since it was hot while we were there. We had one small issue with the plumbing, but the staff were quick to respond and fixed it almost immediately. Good value for the money and I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

There’s no elevator, so if you are on an upper floor and have mobility issues that could be an issue. It was no problem for us at all. Also, as others have mentioned, the floor creaks a bit and there are some motion censored lights within the apartment. Neither of these were big issues for us, but others should just be aware of them when booking.

Hier sind sie ihr eigener Empfangschef! Ansonsten super!
Pros:

Sehr schöne Ausstattung des Zimmers mit japanischen Badezuber. Gutes Bett.Sauber. Perfekte Lage.

Cons:

Vollständig digitalisiertes Hotel. Vor der Haustür nur Edge-Empfang, vielleicht Zufall, Zugang nur mit Hilfe anderer Gäste, die eine Schlüsselkarte hatten. Diese liess sich an einem im Eingangsbereich installierten PC generieren. Danach war der Hotel- und Zimmerzutritt einfach. In der Nacht gab es einen Defekt der Klimaanlage mit Lärmbelästigung. An Schlaf nicht zu denken! Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer reagierte niemand! Ein wirklicher Notfall wäre nicht lustig gewesen …
Aus Kulanz wurden 20% des Zimmerpreises erlassen. Herzlichen Dank dafür!

Schick eingerichtet, funktional, tolle Dusche , Top Lage- super netter Empfang, insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, ganz besonders, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, tolle Produkte im Bad, insgesamt super !!! Zentral am Markt nur wenige Gehminuten zur Krämerbrücke, ganz toll !

Pros:

Erfurt besuchen und zentral im NASHI wohnen, schon das 2. Mal, So zentral und angenehm! Der nächste Erfurt Besuch wird wieder NASHI!!!

Gutes Preis-Leisungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Keine Parkplätze am Hotel. Beste und günstigste Möglichkeit im Parkhaus am Anger etwa 600m entfernt. Kein richtiges Bett, sondern nur Matratzen am Boden = Japanlike. Sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.
