Zimmer Ok - Lage Total Ausgall!!
Pros:

Zimmer Größe sehr gut

Cons:

Hotelstandort in einer hochgefährlichen Gegend mit Drogen, Brutalität und ständiger Unsicherheit — unmöglich mit Familie, nur Angst.

Super Lage , Einrichtung funktional und ausreichend

Cons:

Stromausfall im separaten Raum wurde nicht behoben während des Aufenthalts. Bade Zimmer Bewegungsmustern zu knapp eingestellt man steht häufig im Dunkeln

Pros:

Overall, I liked it: comfortable bed, big pillows, the shower was clean and comfortable. There was a teapot with tea bags and an iron for cloths. For the price, it was really good. Before that I stayed in the hostel Generator nearby and had such a horrible experience there that I moved to Cosmos and it was way way better. Also, they put stars and planets on the ceiling and they were giving beautiful light for some minutes after switching off the main light - that was cool.

Cons:

My only major problem was the cleaning personnel (floor 4): despite me putting the card "Don't disturb", they disturbed me every (!) morning. A man would knock on the door, then open it (!), despite me repeating that I need privacy and I'm either sleeping or having a work video call. It was very problematic for me, because as a woman I want to feel secure and not fear that a man would just break into my door.

The personnel really needs to be explained that if a guest puts a sign "Don't disturb", they should NOT even knock, let alone open the door. If they really need to clean that day or something, they can always leave a note in writing asking to remove the "Don't disturb" when leaving or reach out via email or Booking.

If this can be improved, I would return when in Hamburg.

La chambre était propre et bien équipée. Digne d’un bon hotel.

Cons:

L’accueil désagréable et agressif. La personne de l’accueil voit notre petit chien, et nous dit que les chiens sont interdits dans l’hotel, alors que c’est pour cette raison que nous avions choisi cet hotel.
L’environnement immédiat de l’immeuble est très mal famé, juste sur deux rues autour. Des gens drogués principalement.

"Good place in a bad location "
Pros:

The hotel is clean and pricevalue.

Cons:

The location,its scary.and not safe specailly when with child,ren,drunks are everywhere and saw some using drugs in broad daylight.Police are everywhere though.

Zimmer war komfortabel und schön
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt neben dem Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und schön. Der Self-Check-in hat einwandfrei funktioniert, und außerdem war ein hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter des Hotels vor Ort. Im selben Treppenhaus befindet sich ein ausgezeichnetes indisches Restaurant mit sehr leckerem Essen.

Bastante bien pero el ambiente de la calle es horrible

La habitación muy bonita

Cons:

El suelo de moqueta sucio , el auto check-in , no aire acondicionado en la habitación y sobre todo la zona llena de gente vendiendo y consumiendo drogas a todas horas a niveles muy heavys , no es para familias

Comfortable, well-located hotel with an easy check-in and a pleasant overall stay.
Pros:

The check-in process was easy and smooth. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the Indian restaurant in the hotel, which was very convenient. The location is excellent and close to everything.

Cons:

The street can be a bit noisy during both the day and the evening because there are often people outside. However, it didn’t affect my stay too much.
