Skummel beliggenhed, ingen morgenmad og defekter

Sengene var rene.

Cons:

Billederne stemmer absolut ikke overens med virkeligheden. Vi havde glædet os til den lækre morgenmadsbuffet, der ses på billederne, men morgenmaden skal købes på en restaurant på den anden side af gaden. Ikke én af de to dage, vores ophold varede, var restauranten åben. De ville også have charged 25 €, hvilket er alt for dyrt, når vi er to voksne og tre børn.
Der er ingen reception som vist på billederne.
Der var en defekt læselampe, som ikke blev skiftet selvom vi bad om det. Det flotte stjerneloftslys på billederne, som jeg havde glædet mig til at vise drengene, virkede heller ikke. Vinduerne var utætte og der var meget trafikstøj.
Vil ikke anbefale det.
Beliggenheden var super skummel.

Nachts in das Hotel am nicht von Südwesten sondern von Nordenosten von der U-Bahnstation
Pros:

Die Zimmereinrichtung war außergewöhnlich und interessat. Mir hat der dunkle Stil gefallen.

Cons:

Der Self Check in war für mich mit einigem Stress verbunden, vor allem weil ich dringend ein WC benötigt hätte und niemand vor Ort war den ich kurz nach einem WC fragen hätte können.

Horrible location, bad service. Highly not recommend!

The room was not bad. Nothing else.

Cons:

The service… omg! I paid extra 20 EUROS for late check-out, till 12 o’clock (YES, you have to pay 20 euros for the extra 2h!) and I specifically asked the receptionist to inform the cleaning staff about my late check-out (I did that because the cleaning stuff was coming to my room early in the morning every day, despite the info on my door, that I don’t need any cleaning). Not only the cleaning guy came to my room before 10am (not even after 10am, but before), so I told him, that I paid for the late check-out (in English and German, just in case). He wanted to enter my room again at 11:30… So no words! Zero communication between the workers in this place! And the location is just horrible. Many homeless and drugged people around, day and night!

Kundenservice wird klein geschrieben. Auf Anfragen und Nachrichten werden nicht reagiert. Lage haben wir uns nur kurz angesehen und sind lieber schnell in ein anderes hotel

Sie werben massiv mit der Beleuchtung und jerzt ratet mal was komplett kaputt war... War also ein stinknormales Zimmer ohne jedes Weltraumgefühl, naja...
Ansonsten war es aber gut zu dem Preis.

Cons:

It was a quite noisy street below that night. The cute lighting is nice but for some reason the star light machine and the main bed head feature strip lighting around the space image was far too bright to leave on, should separate the two on different switches for best effect or at least dimmable strip lighting.
