Cons:

Unser Aufenthalt im BeeVillage Hotel Hannover (23.01.–25.01.2026) war leider eine durchgehend negative Erfahrung.
Bereits vor der Anreise kam es zu einer Datenpanne, durch die unsere persönlichen Daten offenbar an Betrüger gelangt sind. Ein massiver Vertrauensbruch.
Vor Ort ging es genauso weiter:
Zimmer 113 – Licht über dem Bett defekt.
Zimmer 114 – Fernseher defekt.
Beides waren als renovierte Zimmer gebucht und bezahlt. Wenn jedoch grundlegende Ausstattung nicht funktioniert, entspricht das nicht dem gebuchten Standard – insbesondere nicht bei einem Aufpreis.
Eine Lösung gab es praktisch nicht. Stattdessen fiel vor Ort die Aussage: „Hier funktioniert nichts.“ Das ist keine professionelle Reaktion, sondern ein Offenbarungseid.
Nach dem Aufenthalt setzte sich der Eindruck fort:
Mehrfache Kontaktaufnahme, teils überhaupt keine Rückmeldung, wenig Entgegenkommen und eine insgesamt sehr unangenehme Kommunikation. Kundenorientierung sieht anders aus.
Fazit: Technische Mängel, organisatorische Probleme und ein fragwürdiger Umgang mit Beschwerden. Für ein renoviertes Zimmer und den gezahlten Preis absolut nicht angemessen.

Für 2 Sterne 👍🏽 Preis Leistung super. Frühstück war gut. Alles sauber und ordentlich

Messehotel -> zu Fuß zur Messe optimal

Cons:

Bahnhof direkt neben an. Man hört natürlich jeden Zug
Tiefgarage sehr eng. Vielleicht mit angeben das nächste Mal.

Alles gut
Pros:

Wir waren beim Herbert Grönemeyer Konzert und dafür war das Hotel ideal auch von der Entfernung her zur ZAK Arena. Das Frühstück war auch vollkommen in Ordnung.

Cons:

Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren, war alles okay.

Kein Fön auf dem Zimmer . Diesen muss man sich an der Rezeption holen.
Das Hotel ist sehr Hellhörig. War schon ziemlich laut.
