Mooi modern hotel maar het restaurant voldoet niet aan de verwachtingen
Pros:

De kamer was super. We hadden een penthouse en dat was helemaal top. Heel schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Cons:

Het restaurant viel tegen. We hadden halfpension en in eerdere 5 sterrenaccommodaties was dat met 3, 4 of zelfs 5 gangenmenu. Hier kreeg je 2 gangen en de rest moest je bijbetalen. Ook kon je uit de " speciale" kaart kiezen en dan betaalde je 10 euro per gang per persoon extra. Tevens hadden we in de voorgaande 5 sterrenhotels steevast in de middag gratis allerlei lekkernijen. Soms zat zelfs de lunch erbij inbegrepen. Verder was er een bbq avond waarbij je voor 49,- pp ipv het diner van kon genieten. Het was een soort lopend buffet waarbij er in de diverse voedselbakken allerlei vlees en vis lagen. Dit was niet wat je in een 5 sterrenhotel verwacht. Ook had je geen vaste tafel waarbij je dus soms moest wachten op een plek. Prima voor een 3 sterrenhotel maar niet bij 5 sterren. Je zeggen op hun site dat de klant voorop staat maar dat valt dus tegen.

Vlak naast een kuuroord waar je gratis gebruik van mag maken.
Mooi park aan het hotel.
Leuk proper dorpje.
Restaurants in de buurt.
Nouri heeft zelf ook een goed restaurant met geweldig ontbijt.
Heerlijke kamer!

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und sehr hübsch ausgestattet.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen und gut zu Fuss vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig, hell und hübsch eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist abwechslungsreich und sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Thermalbäder sind nach dem Check-out nur noch kostenpflichtig benutzbar. Wir hätten es geschätzt, diese Info bereits beim Check-in zu erhalten.

Rundum toll - Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
Pros:

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Hotel sofort richtig wohlgefühlt. Alles war super sauber, unser Zimmer schön groß und die Aussicht einfach toll.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hat keine Wünsche offengelassen. Der Fitnessbereich ist sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Möglichkeit, zur Therme über den direkten Gang zu kommen, fanden wir richtig klasse. Den Spa-Bereich haben wir dieses Mal nicht genutzt, aber das holen wir beim nächsten Mal sicher nach. 😊

Das Personal war durchweg super freundlich. Auch das 24-Stunden-Wasserangebot für das Zimmer haben wir gerne genutzt – eine wirklich schöne und praktische Idee! Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls toll.

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Cons:

Parkeergarage 17 euro vond ik jammer. Klimaatcontrole op de kamer niet lager als 21 graden. Voelde als een zweetnacht.
