außergewöhnlich gut, nichts zu bemängeln, nur zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort auf der Durchreise, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut und reichhaltig, es gibt was gefehlt hätte.
Das Abendessen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt.
Bereits bei der Anreise wurden wir herzlich mit einem Begrüßungsgetränk empfangen. Dieses konnten wir in der gemütlichen Lounge genießen, während wir in entspannter Atmosphäre alle wichtigen Informationen zu unserem Aufenthalt erhielten: ein perfekter Start in den Urlaub.

Das gesamte Hotel wirkt sehr neuwertig, stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Überall herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre, dazu tragen auch die Sauberkeit und der angenehme Duft im gesamten Haus bei.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Frühstück: Es war ausgesprochen lecker, qualitativ hochwertig und sehr vielfältig. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt.

Ein großes Lob geht außerdem an das gesamte Personal. Egal ob Reinigungskräfte, Servicepersonal oder die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption. Alle waren stets äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird.

Unser Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren ausgesprochen bequem und dank des hervorragenden Zimmerservices hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Auch das kostenfreie WLAN funktionierte im gesamten Hotel einwandfrei.

Der hoteleigene Saunabereich ist wunderschön gestaltet und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Ein weiteres Highlight war die Rooftop-Bar mit ihren kreativen und unglaublich leckeren Cocktails. Ein perfekter Ort, um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen.

Die mitnutzbare Therme ist sehr groß und bietet viele Möglichkeiten zur Erholung. Sie ist zwar teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das hat jedoch nichts mit dem Hotel selbst zu tun und hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt.

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit hervorragendem Service, hoher Qualität und einer Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé à proximité des thermes et d'un joli parc pour faire une petite balade. Le personnel sympa dommage que le français ne soit pas parlé. La chambre spacieuse avec tout le confort. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Le petit déjeuner est très bien beaucoup de choix.

Cons:

Nous avons profité du restaurant de l'hôtel et un rapport qualité prix un peu excessif pour la cuisine proposée qui manque un peu de saveur. Dommage !

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr kalt, das Frühstück hatte zwar eine grosse Auswahl, aber qualitativ wahr es leider nicht so toll. Aufbackbrötchen, warme Speisen laff und lauwarm bis kalt. Würstchen sehr ölig. Speck wahnsinnig trocken. Kaffee ok, aber auch nicht wirklich gut.

Cons:

Personal an der Rezeption wusste mässig Bescheid. Gästekarte nur auf Nachfragen erhalten. Gäste wurden ungleich behandelt.
