Pros:

Wir können bei allem 10 Punkte vergeben. Von der 1. Kommunikation bis zum Auschecken waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das junge Team war sehr engagiert, behalten Sie diese !!!
Besonders Quis und Rohalla konnten uns bei Fragen gern weiterhelfen.
Nähe zur U-Bahn- sehr gute Schallschutzfenster.
Sehr ansprechender Frühstückstaum, gutes Angebot. Gekühltes Aromawasser im Eingangsbereich usw. usw.

Pros:

Pequeno almoço completo, com variedade e opções diversas. O quarto apresentava-se num ótimo estado e o conforto foi acima do esperado. O acesso por transporte público facilitou imenso a visita pela cidade.

Cons:

O preço do pequeno almoço podia ser um pouco mais cativante, e os quartos poderiam ter mini frigoríficos para uso próprio, mesmo que isso acrescentasse um valor mínimo ao preço da estadia.

Comfortabel hotel met erg goed ontbijt.
Pros:

Erg net hotel met zeer goed ontbijt. Bij het ontbijt is veel biologisch en huisgemaakt. In de lobby stonden karaffen met water met munt en sinaasappel. Er lekker en verfrissend met het warme weer. Kamer is netjes. Hotel is goed geïsoleerd. Ligt naast een tram route maar geen last gehad van het geluid.

Cons:

Het welkom was matig. We waren ongeveer 30/45 minuten voor inchecktijd in het hotel. Maar kregen de opmerking dat we moesten wachten met inchecken. De kamer kan nog niet klaar zijn maar geef dat dan (netjes) aan. Uiteindelijk heeft andere medewerker ons ingecheckt ongeveer 15 minuten voor inchecktijd. Op de kamer miste ik een koelkastje en ik vond het jammer dat het shampoo en body wash in 1 was in de douche. Vloer van de douche was glad.

Pros:

The location is very good and as long as it is quite new hotel, the cleanliness was great! We were afraid of train going just in front of the windows, but soundproofing works well.

Cons:

A fridge and kettle in the room would have made a summer stay easier.

Buon soggiorno con qualche dettaglio da rivedere. Lo consiglio!
Pros:

Camera ampia, letto comodissimo e doccia fantastica. Infissi eccezionali: isolamento acustico totale dalla metro praticamente di fronte la finestra. Colazione ottima, varia e sempre rifornita. Posizione imbattibile, servita da 3 linee metro a 2 minuti e a due passi da Potsdamer Platz.

Cons:

Nota dolente del soggiorno sono stati i cuscini troppo bassi, quasi inesistenti, e l'aria condizionata un bel po' rumorosa. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia della camera, la frequenza a giorni alterni per me andava benissimo (volendo è possibile richiederla giornalmente), ma oltre a rifare i letti e a cambiare gli asciugamani andrebbero pulite le mensole dalla polvere: essendo nere, si nota subito che non viene fatto.

for our trip this was the ideal place to stay to relax and rest with our busy planning
Pros:

we stayed here in the middle of a heat wave so the airconditioning really was a blessing. the room was really nice and it was soundproof so we didn’t have any issues with the metro station nearby. the staff was nice and helpful.
