Das Zimmer war nett und groß

Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster lt. Beschreibung Zimmer mit Stadtblick. Den Stadtblick habe ich beigefügt. Parkpreise absolut nicht in Ordnung, steht in keinem der zum Übernachtungspreis. Da gibt es wesentlich fairere Hotels

Wegen eines Kellerbrandes gab mir GEWOBAG die Kostenübernahmeerklärung, die jedoch nicht akzeptiert

Frühstück war immer sehr gut.

Cons:

Beim Check-in wurde das Schreiben der Kostenübernahme der Firma GEWOBAG nicht akzeptiert, und ich musste meine private Kreditkarte angeben und in Vorleistung (Vorkasse) gehen. - Auf dem Zimmer roch das Bad sehr unangenehm, so als müsste der Abflussfilter in der Dusche dringend gereinigt werden.

Die Nähe zur U-Bahn Station, die Nachbarschaft und die schalldichten Fenster haben uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Das Bettlaken ist ständig verrutscht und unterm Bett war es sehr staubig.
