Cons:

Used to be a fantastic hotel, which sadly didn't survive COVID. The building has since been acquired by the Israeli Leonardo hotel group, which obviously doesn't aspire to the same standards: clueless staff (apart from one or two from the previous iteration), downgraded facilities and fittings and two useless bars.

Perfektes Hotel für Anspruchsvolle!
Pros:

Zimmerausstattung sehr gut, sehr bequemes Bett und Bettzeug, schönes Bad, super Lage, Parkmöglichkeiten, leckeres Frühstück!

Cons:

Direkter Weg aus der Tiefgarage ins Hotel schlecht ausgeschildert.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal da und kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und auch im Restaurant.
Das Zimmer war absolut komfortabel und ruhig mit Blick auf die Stadt. Beim Frühstücksbüffet gibt es eine schöne große Auswahl.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine schöne Größe. Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer zur Straße hin und so war habe ich bei offenen Fenster den Straßenlärm etwas gehört, aber das hat mich nicht wirklich gestört. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und alles in allem hat das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gestimmt. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war reichlich und qualitativ gut. Die Lage des Hotels war für mich super, um an einer Veranstaltung im Neckar Forum teilzunehmen. Außerdem ist die schöne Altstadt von Esslingen in Laufnähe. Ein Spaziergang lohnt sich hier auf ejden Fall.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat keine eigenen Parkplätze und wenn man nicht in der Nähe einen Parkplatz findet, kann man nur im Parkhaus des Neckar Forums parken, für das es aber keine vergünstigten Parkgebühren gibt.

Pros:

Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war super und viel Auswahl vorhanden, alles frisch angerichtet.
Die Lage zur Altstadt perfekt und das öffentlich Parkhaus direkt am Hotel.
