Hamburg ist immer eine Reise wert
Pros:

Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, Mineralwasser am Zimmer.Augezeichnete Lage. Personal sehr höfflich. Zimmerreinigung hat sehr gut funktioniert. Sehr gute Dämmung der Fenster/Türen.

Cons:

Personal war oft unorganisiert und nicht bei der Sache, bzw. tlw. sehr unhöflich (bei 1er Person am Empfang). Zimmertresor hat fast nie funktioniert. Klimaanlage hat sehr wirr und nur fallweise funktioniert /Steuerung und Funktion bzw. Einstellbarkeit + Wirkung.

Tastefully renovated hotel sufficiently close to the Hauptbahnhof
Pros:

The rooms were really new and the soundproofing appears to be good. The room was tastefully renovated. While not exactly the closest hotel to the Hauptbahnhof, it was a walkable distance from the Hbf.

Cons:

I was given a room facing the courtyard despite requesting for a room facing the streets. I understand international chains give priority to its members of various tiers, so I accepted the room. The shower heater appears to be faulty as I was unable to adjust the temperature, and got stuck with very hot water for the duration of my stay. These issues aside, it was largely a pleasant stay.

Prijs/kwaliteit top.
Pros:

Proper, mooie kamer met aangepaste verlichting.
Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Perfecte ligging. Laadmogelijkheden vlakbij.

Cons:

Slechte interne ventilatie waardoor het niet altijd even fris in de kamer rook.
Openbare parking is gelinkt aan het hotel. Dit was bij het inrijden van de parking niet duidelijk.
Inchecken verliep chaotisch door passieve mannelijke medewerker.
