Zentrale Lage, aber mit Abstrichen
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, fußläufig ist alles gut erreichbar. Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Durch die zentrale Lage am Hauptbahnhof war es natürlich sehr laut. Leider war die Klimaanlage eine völlige Katastrophe. Man konnte diese nicht unter 20 Grad einstellen und gekühlt hat sie gar nicht, sondern eher stickige Luft abgesondert. Daher mussten wir das Fenster öffnen. Der Föhn im Zimmer war defekt und hat gequalmt. So etwas darf nicht vorkommen. Die Handseife war beim Erszbezug leer, auch das sollte vom Housekeeping besser überprüft werden. Der Preis für 2 Nächte ist völlig unangemessen.
Auf dem Fußboden haben wir ebenfalls zwei frische, große Flecken mit (hoffentlich) mit Schokolade vorgefunden.

Das frühstück war sehr gut angerichtet und ausreichend, sehr liebevoll zubereitet.

Cons:

Der Lärm. Auch Fenster konnte man nicht richtig zum Lüften aufmachen.

Lage top, alles Fußläufig zu erreichen, U-Bahn vor dem Hotel, Frühstück gut ... von allem etwas vorhanden, sehr guter schneller Service/ Bad sehr modern und sauber/ Barbereich vorhanden für einen Absacker abends/ sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Nur zwei Badehandtücher vorhanden, Aufbettung für Kind - recht kleine Aufbettung und sehr wackelig, für große Kinder nicht unbedingt geeignet. Mußte ans Elternbett geschoben werden, damit die Aufbettung fest steht. Für drei Personen doch recht eng, da auch keine Schränke für Kleidung vorhanden sind/ unter dem Bett lagen Süßwaren vom Vorgänger/ zugesagten Voucher für die Bar wurden leider nicht versendet wie beim CheckIn versprochen

Die Lage für Bahnreisende ist ideal. Freundliches Personal, wenn auch nicht immer auskunftssicher.

Cons:

Die Gäste sollen beim Frühstück durch das Personal platziert werden. Weder von uns, noch von den meisten anderen Gästen wird das positiv empfunden!!!

Frustrante, decepciónante...una falta de respeto al pasajero,

Desayuno muy bien pero caro por demas. 30 Euros por cabeza, un abuso.

Cons:

Tenemos una habitación tranquila preparada para usted, me dijo el caradura de la recepción. La habitación 547 es mas pequeña que la de un Ibis, pero de los básicos. Totalmente incomoda, con olor combinado entre rancio y acaroína. Un desastre y un horror. Solicite una cama grande y me dieron 2 camitas separadas, muy pequeñas y las almohadas duras y muy incomodas. Es una vergüenza de habitación y por ende de hotel. A tal punto que voy a cambiar la plataforma booking por otra, ya que no cuidan a sus usuarios. Un desastre!!! Debería darles vergüenza a los de Novotel y a Booking por permitir que se ofrezcan este tipo de habitaciones a un precio desproporcionadamente alto. Nunca mas!!!!!!! Ojala lo cierren y tiren abajo el edificio.
