The apartment and the entire building was super clean and the facilities in the apartment were very good.

Novara è davvero carina, la struttura è comoda e pulita, il personale gentile e disponibile.
Pros:

La posizione era perfetta per le mie esigenze, vicinissima alla stazione. Il personale con il quale ero in contatto telefonicamente è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile consentendoci di accedere alla camera con un leggero anticipo, cosa che ci è stata molto utile. Gli asciugamani erano più che sufficienti e la stanza è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici che possono servire. Se dovessi tornare a Novara sicuramente sceglierei questa stessa struttura.
