Ziemlich unfreundlicher Empfang, keine Zahlung via Apple Pay möglich, keine Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel. Kaution für die Zufahrt zum 700 Meter entfernten Parkhaus nötig.

Infelizmente, mesmo pedindo todos os dias, tive que ficar todas as noites com o mesmo lençol.
Eles nao trocam, nem adianta insistir. Vai saber se troca entre um hóspede e outro.

Tolles Hotel mit Soundkulisse

Leider ist das Hotel direkt an der Brücke gebaut wo die Züge in den Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof einfahren. Ab 4h konnte ich nicht mehr schlafen.

Pros:

Substandard rooms, with a very strong smell of smoke. They charge 20 euros for early check in...
Showers are outdated, carpets are worn out.
Cleaning is not detailed, sheets are clean though and matresses are confortable.
Parking entrance was obstrued by the car of the hotel owner, he did not bother a second to apologize for keeping me waiting for 20 minutes before je would move his car
I had no other accommodation options due to a trade show that ran the full city to be sold out, otherwise i do not recommend at all this place , sold at 300 euros per night. A disgrace.
