Die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch beim Check in/out.
Ich fragte nach einer Wolldecke, die wurde mir innerhalb von 10 min gebracht. Vielen Dank nochmal !!
Zimmer groß und sauber.
Wenn man mit dem Zug an,- und abreist ist die Lage perfekt.
Straßenbahnen sind direkt am Bahnhof und 2 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt.

Cons:

Leider die Durchsagen vom Bahnhof gehört, was das einschlafen etwas erschwerte.

Cons:

Slychac wszystkie komunikaty z dworca. W pokoju nie bylo suszarki do wlosow ani czajnika, po ciepla wode trzebabylo isc do recepcji. Bardzo maly wybor jedzenia jezeli chodzi o sniadania, jajecznica była o konsystencji i smaku kartonu.

Prima! Würde ich für eine Dienstreise auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Hbf ist super praktisch! Man kann nach der Ankunft mit dem Zug direkt einchecken, und alles innerhalb der Stadt mit dem ÖPNV schnell erreichen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war gut, mit einer für eine Geschäftsreise absolut angemessen Auswahl. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass fast nichts (ausser der Margarine) in in Plastik verpackten Einzelportionen angeboten wird. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, trotzdem aber auch gemütlich.

Cons:

Mir war im Zimmer leider viel zu warm um gut zu schlafen und über das Bedeinpanel der Klimaanlage konnte man die Temperatur nicht weiter reduzieren. Mit gekippten Fenstern ging es, dann hört man allerdings den vorbeifahrenden Verkehr.
Ausserdem waren im Hotel relativ weng Mitarbeitende vorort, was beim Einlagern/Abholen des Gepäcks zu etwas Rückstau geführt hat.

Schönes Zimmer und gutes Frühstück direkt am Bahnhof
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, funktional und das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und gut. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat gepasst.

Cons:

Die Eingaben am Check-in-Automaten waren etwas umständlich.

Pros:

駅のすぐ側でアクセスが非常に良かったです。朝食は追加しましたが、美味しかったです。
朝10時でしたが、チェックインを受けていただき、助かりました。

Cons:

窓が浮いたようになっていて、完全に閉まりませんでした。（518号室）　実害はほとんどなかったので、クレームとしては上げていませんが、クリーニングの際にチェックしていただきたいところです。
