Fiyat performans ve hizmeti harika bir otel.
Pros:

Otel konum olarak mükemmeldi. 2 dakikada köniksallee caddesindeydik. Oda, banyo ve mutfak kısmı yeterli,temiz ve kullanişliydi. İhtiyacımızı tamamen karşıladı. Yönetim çok ilgiliydi. Reception ile falan uğrasmiyorsun. Direk odana verilen numara ile giriş yapıyorsun. Otelin hizmeti, sunduğu imkan ve konum için ödediğim ücret çok çok düşüktü. Verdiğim ücret için hatta utandım. Otel yönetimine çok çok teşekkür ediyorum ve çok memnun ayrıldım.

Belki abartı gelecek ama eştirecek birşey bulamadım.

Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht. Die Kochplatten funktionierten nicht. Es gab keine helle Lampe im Zimmer, nur Nachttischlampen.

Prima verblijfplaats
Pros:

Compleet, goed bed, rustig, schoon. Praktisch systeem voor in- en uitchecken (mits je met een smartphone en apps overweg kunt). Vlakbij de Kö, nieuw en oud centrum (als je probleemloos in totaal zo'n 6 kilometer loopt). Parkeergarage om de hoek (voor €23 pr dag).

Cons:

Afmetingen van de kamer. Weinig ventilatie. In de zomer waarschijnlijk onleefbaar.

Οκ αλλά προσοχή μεγάλη.
Pros:

Το πιο βασικό που μας άρεσε ήταν η τοποθεσία. Κοντά σε αρκετά πράγματα όπως για παράδειγμα μια ευθεία από την Königsallee περίπου 5 λεπτά, ακριβώς πίσω από το κατάλυμα για όσους ενδιαφέρονται dm και μεγάλο μάλιστα. Ο σταθμός τρένων 15’ περπάτημα, εμπορικό μίνι το Düsseldorf Arcaden από τη πίσω μεριά περίπου 10-12 λεπτά με Aldi μέσα, dm και müller και ακριβώς απέναντι για όποιον θέλει μεγαλύτερο εμπορικό σε κοντινή απόσταση το Kaufland.

Cons:

Δεν ήταν καθαρό. Η καθαριότητα χρεωνόταν 25€ το οποίο έπρεπε να επιλέξουμε διαφορετικά έμενες χωρίς αλλαγές, χωρίς τίποτα για όσες μέρες ήσουν εκεί. Εμείς μείναμε 7 ημέρες χωρίς αλλαγή στην πετσέτα, χωρίς αλλαγές στις σακούλες στους κάδους κουζίνας και μπάνιου και τα σεντόνια. Επίσης αρνητικό για εμένα ο κάδος της τουαλέτας αρκετά μικρός, ειδικά χωρίς αλλαγές και για 7 ημέρες για 2 άτομα. Προσοχή παρακαλώ επίσης σε όποιον επιχειρήσει να μαγειρέψει! Δεν έχει απορροφητήρα και με τον παραμικρό καπνό θα αρχίσει να βαράει ο συναγερμός.
Η κουρτίνα του μπάνιο επίσης μέγα φάουλ το χρώμα της διότι κυριολεκτικά και με το φως της τουαλέτας με το που την έκλεινες ήταν λες και ήσουν σε ταινία τρόμου.
Δε μπορώ να συμφωνήσω με το σχέση ποιότητας-τιμής ότι είναι οκ ή θα το πρότεινα ή επέλεγα ξανά διότι έχω μείνει σε αντίστοιχου τύπου καταλύματα και ήταν τουλάχιστον καθαρά και με αλλαγές και καθαριότητα αν όχι καθημερινά τουλάχιστον στις 2 ημέρες.
Επίσης παρακαλώ πολύ να ελέγξετε τα στρώματα καθώς και τα μαξιλάρια γιατί εμείς από τη πρώτη κι’όλας μέρα που μπήκαμε βρήκαμε ένα παράξενο ζουζούνι το οποίο μας τρόμαξε και τα ελέγξαμε όλα, πάλι καλά δεν είχε τίποτα το στρώμα και το κρεβάτι.
