Tjenesten var meget tilfredsstillende. Dersom noe skulle mangle, ble det raskt og effektivt ordnet etter forespørsel. Renholdet var grundig og av høy kvalitet. Lederen fremstod som vennlig, imøtekommende og profesjonell.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have upgraded my stay without any additional fees and their airport shuttle transport for fee is very convenient, clean and experienced drivers.

Room was nice. Excellent location. Breakfast was also good. Bathrooms were a bit small. No house keeping.

The highlight of this hotel is its staffs. The location is also grest. Cleanliness and breakfast can improve.

I liked the location, very convenient to visit the historical places by walk. Breakfast was alright and staff was kind in general. Loved that the staff look after the cats! Cleaning could be improved and there's no room with balcony despite it was one of the reasons to choose an specific room with extra charge on the app. Overall it was a good experience and price was fine.

The hotel was in a very good location near the old town of Istanbul. The property is quite practical to get around and is near shops and plenty of restaurants for dining. It is a quieter part of town so you can walk safely for sightseeing and taking interesting photos. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for the staff was friendly, and you can enjoy a full breakfast every morning with delicious Turkish food and also continental. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay at the Old Town of Istanbul,

The receptionist was very kind and welcoming our requesy for early check in. Within walking distance to Sultanahmet and AyaSofia

Le personnel est agréable, arrangeant et parle anglais (à la réception). Petit déjeuner buffet correct. La chambre correspond aux photos. Bonne literie. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

The property is located in old Istanbul and is convenient in proximity to various points of interest. It is an older building but is adequately maintained. The staff is very attentive and provided great assistance during our stay. The morning breakfast (a traditional Turkish breakfast that was very well done!) on the roof was a great start to a day in the city. We enjoyed that the most.

Front desk staff was exceptional.

Staff is very helpful and friendly However the area is so congested and until 7pm traffic mostly remains blocked.

Leider war es zu laut, auch bei geschlossenem Fenster. Die Frühstücksauswahl war zu übersichtlich. Hätte mir mehr gewünscht. Gerne längeres Frühstücksangebot.
