الشقه جميله مريحة لعائلة صغيره ويوجد بلكون صغير ،، الاطلاله على حاره داخليه ،، الفندق نظيف والموظفين خدومين ،، الموقع يبعد عن الميدان قريب 12 دقيقه مشي ويبعد قريب 7 دقايق مشي عن الاسواق الشعبيه ( مميزه ) ،، الافطار بسيط بالنسبه لي كان مناسب ،، يوجد موقف سيارات خاص بالفندق

Hotel only 4 years old It was very clean Big rooms,,close you all transport links plenty of restaurants cafes kebab shops..Walking distance to centre city walls and some museums excellent location.Breakfast is not buffet when we were there because it wasn't high season yet but it was more than adequate. Good value it wort the price..They can arrange tours and excursions as well .Would stay here again absolutely...

It’s OK for a short stay.
Pros:

Location was perfect, charming surroundings and nice restaurants nearby.

Cons:

Rooms need some soundproofing, you can hear even footsteps from the street.
Breakfast was the worst I have ever seen in any hotels. Extremely limited variety and portions.

Service as it should be everywhere
Pros:

Would give 11 points If I could. Very friendly and supporting staff/owners, providing a lot of information about the city, organizing trips, even showing me an old mosque closeby which used to be a church once. I could continue summing up positive things. If I need a hotel again in Trabzon, I will definetly come here.

نظيف وهاديء وقريب من السنتر

الفندق مريح جدًا ونظيف، وموقعه قريب من سنتر طرابزون. العاملون فيه في غاية الذوق والتعاون. أقمنا فيه أكثر من مرة وسنعود له دائمًا. أنصح به بشدة للأزواج والعائلات التي تبحث عن الهدوء والنظافة
