المسبح الخارجي، النظافة عدد الغرف ، المطبخ واسع ومجهز، مريحة، مواقف للسيارات

Cons:

الستائر قصيرة تكشف جزء من الغرفة، بعيدة عن الخدمات نسبيا لازم تكون معك سيارة، نظام فيلا حديث وليس كوخ، فيها أربع غرف ومكيفين فقط واحد في الغرفة الرئيسية وواحد في الصالة.

This place does not resemble a hotel or villa as it was portrayed on your website. Many of the images of the facilities displayed here are misleading; we were deceived by both the description and the photographs.
At the time of checking in, they drove me and my family for 10 minutes to find ourselves in a very dull condo (not a villa that I reserved). The pool was dirty. There was no views at all. It is just a dull and dark building, where you do not see the beauty of Sapanca (very different from the images posted to reflect this facility). I talked to the host (as this doesn’t look like a hotel), and told him that this is not what I reserved and requested him to move me to a unit that has been displayed in the images and he asked for 220$ extra. He refused to refund. So, I paid for a service that I didn’t use.

Hotels.com/Expedia should possess the autonomy and authority to safeguard their customers from such bad businesses. As a platinum customer for over 15 years,
I find it difficult to comprehend how your company allows customers to be subjected to scams of this nature. It is perplexing how this website place loyal customers at the mercy of unscrupulous businesses when it comes to obtaining refunds.

Gürültüden uzak, güzel bir ortam. Honeymoon ağaç evde konakladık. Oda geniş ve rahattı. Televizyon, buzdolabı, jakuzi, saç kurutma makinesi, kettle, şömine, vs. vardı. Jakuzi gayet büyük ve konforlu. Çiftler için iyi bir seçenek. Çalışanlar ilgili ve kibar. Kahvaltı doyurucuydu. Restorandan yemedik. Eksi olarak tabak, cam bardak gibi mutfak gereçlerinin olmaması ve odada birkaç tane halyomorpha halys olması dışında pek bir şikayetimiz olmadı. Çevredeki diğer otellere göre daha uygun fiyatlı olduğu için tavsiye ediyorum.

The bungalow was huge and cozy, with an awesome hot tub. I'll definitely go back.

Odalar temiz honeymoon odadaydık iki katlı kalorifer vardı ve 2 kattada klima vardı ama gerek duymadık güzel yanıyordu, jakuzisi büyük suyu sıcaktı haliyle yavaş doluyor büyük olduğundan 1 saate kadar sürdü. Kahvaltısı yeterli ve lezzetliydi herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık memnun ayrıldık tavsiye ederiz

Fun for the family in a clean spacious villa.
Pros:

It was a large and clean villa with modern amenities. It was very comfortable for my family of 8. The pool was fun and neighbors nice. Location was excellent, close to a lovely street full of restaurants and shops. The custodian was nice and helpful.

Cons:

Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was weak, some kitchen appliances needed an upgrade. Only 1 bedroom had a/c. Minor complaints, I would still recommend it and would gladly stay there again.

All in all the place is great only if they would communicate and answer the visters at all times
Pros:

The villa was perfect very comfortable

Cons:

We had three contact numbers for the property incase we want something we were ignored no one answered quick we would wait for days to get an answer except the last two days we got some responses

There was supposed to be room service toiler paper which was only for the first day we arrived no cleaning facilities as mentioned but they came when we checked out to clean the villa
We thought all the rooms had air conditioning but only the living room downstairs and and the master room

The second problem was we had people unlocking our villa 2 times trying to enter maybe if the workers had more communication and more professional work with each other they would know which villa is occupied

The restaurant is not good
Pros:

The place is nice and it's like home, and the staff are so friendly and the Owner of the hotel and his family are so nice and welcoming

Cons:

The restaurant is not good with no clear price list, and it's too expensive and the restaurant manager is not helpful at all it's disappointing
