1.Personel çok ilgili ve güler yüzlü
2.Temiz bir otel
3.odalar çok büyük sayılmaz fakat şık,modern,konforlu ve temiz
4.oda da sürekli kahve var personel biz kahve çok içiyoruz diye fazla fazla koyuyor 😊
5.konumu çok merkez 1,5-2 dakika metro ve otobüse ulaşılıyor
6.otel 4 Yildiz’i hak ediyor.👍🏽

Everything! The staff are so nice and the hotel itself is so clean (which really matters to me when booking a hotel) so this is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a good hotel location and also care for the cleanliness.

Excellent location and facilities
Pros:

1) Location: Very convenient location, just a short walk from the metro.

2) Facilities: Our booking included a 20% discount on food and 40% off property services, including the massage, which was excellent. The hammam bath was free (self-service), and the sauna was also included.

3) Breakfast: Average, but good enough considering it was included in the booking.

4) Staff: The reception team, breakfast staff, and massage therapist were all very polite and helpful.

5) Room: The room was very clean and well-equipped with all necessary amenities.

Cons:

Nothing major, but a few improvements could make the stay a perfect 10/10:

1) It would have been great to have a smart TV with basic streaming options like YouTube, Netflix.
2) The walls are a bit thin, and at times the neighbourhoods were noisy (music playing until midnight), which made it difficult to sleep.
3) The terrace view is average, so it’s not worth upgrading if there’s a significant price difference compared to the standard room.
4) An iron was not available in the room.
5) Internet speed was slightly slow, but still manageable.
