Pros:

Yastiklar kokuyordu, pencere izolasyonu tek kelime ile berbat sesten uyuyamiyorsunuz. Buzdolabi çalışmiyordu, duş basligı bozuktu uyardim degistiler. Ancak degistikten sonra kapiyi acik unutmuslar bu benim icin buyuk bir hatadır bir daha tercih etmem.

Resepsiyonda Burak Bey kibar ve güler yüzüyle karşıladı.Kendisinin ve diğer personellerin çözüm odaklı ve nazik yaklaşımlarından çok memnun kaldım.Sabiha Gökçen Havalimanı’na araçla on dakika civarında sürüyor,üç dakika değil.Ama rahat ve kolay ulaşılıyor.

Havaalanına yakın olması nedeni ile transfer sürecinde bir gece süre ile ailece konakladık. Beş ay önce de benzer bir amaçla konaklayıp memnun kalmıştık. Personel yardımsever ve güleryüzlü idi. Otelden ayrıldıktan sonra evlilik yüzüğümü otelde unuttuğumu zannederek irtibat kurdum, yardımcı oldular. Ekibe teşekkür ederim. Benzer bir durumda yine konaklamak isterim.

Danimarka’dan Türkiye’ye geliş ve dönüş yolculuğumda Pendik Homepulus Otel’de birer gece konakladım. Her şey gerçekten mükemmeldi! Otelin temizliği, odaların konforu ve personelin güler yüzlü, ilgili yaklaşımı kendimi evimde gibi hissettirdi. Özellikle taksi ihtiyacım olduğunda 2 dakika içinde organize etmeleri büyük kolaylık sağladı. Hem gelişte hem dönüşte sorunsuz, rahat bir konaklama yaşadım. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim!

An excellent hotel with great location

Great hotel with a perfect location, a short journey by bus to Sabiha Gökçen airport. Room was spacious and comfortable. Friendly staff. Good value for the money. Highly recommended
