Service was poor!
Pros:

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, however it's 10-12 minutes drive to the city centre, so although it was a bit disappointing, it wasn't the end of the world.
The hotel wanted to charge for the use of an iron, for drinking water, and as we are Muslim, there was a charge for the use of a prayer mat... (used a bath towel)
Out of principle, we bought our own drinking water, and did not use any of the hotels chargeable options.
We were there 3 nights and on night 2, there was no running water from about 11pm to 7am. This same morning just as they got the water running, we asked if we could come down for breakfast 10 or 15 minutes earlier as we had booked a tour guide and they were collecting us shortly after 8:30. Their breakfast open time was 8:30am.
Keep in mind they have to cook all the hot food and have it ready to go for 8:30 it was no big deal, but the hotel manager said no. If we wanted to have an early breakfast we had to book room service (we only wanted a bit of toast and tea) and the charge for the room service was 20 Euros per person.
We argued and they said they would allow us only coffee or tea.
We all went down to breakfast and there were 2 members of staff stood watch and told use we were NOT allowed to have any food already layed out other than the agreed tea. We ignored them, had breakfast and this was the end of our relationship with the staff. They were unfriendly and couldn't wait for us to leave, and the feeling was mutual.

Pros:

La suite avec jacuzzi est vraiment agréable et constitue le point fort du séjour. En revanche, la cuisine n’est pas équipée du tout (aucune vaisselle ni ustensiles), le petit-déjeuner est limité et l’emplacement, en pleine zone de travaux, reste peu pratique.

Otel konum olarak çok iyi yerde Antalyada tüm avmlere sosyal aktivite alanlarına doğa parklarına yakın ve orta konumda.Tekrar gidecek olsam kesinlikle giderim. Temizlik çok iyi odalarda ayrıca odalarda tüm olanak mevcut ve şık kusursuz bir tasarım yapılmış. Çalışanlar genel olarak ilgili. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli dışarıda bir restaurantta yiyebileceğiniz herşey var en önemlisi israf yok. Sadece havuzu biraz yetersiz çocuklar in kaydırak da olsa çok iyi olurmuş. Ücretsiz beach plaj hizmeti var servis ile de götürüyorlar.Plajı kum ve gayet güzel biz memnun kaldık. Otel yeni ve şık oda kahvaltı konaklama için fazlası ile yeterli. Oda temizliği hergün yapılıyor bir odada olabilicek herşey var kusur bulamadım. Yakında alışveriş yapabileceğiniz market var Fiyatları da uygun. Odaya istediğiniz de tabak bıçak vs veriliyor ücretsiz su ve çay hizmetleri de var ayrıca otel yönetimini tebrik ederim birçok 5 yıldızlı otelde de konaklamış biri olarak 5 yıldızlı otel olmasa da ilk sıraya rahatça koyabilirim teşekkürler

Wij verbleven 4 dagen in Elysium. Het hotel is prachtig, schoon en netjes. Ook het ontbijt was gevarieerd. We hebben met veel plezier hier gelogeerd.

Wat we minder vonden:
• Op de onderste verdieping hing een vieze lucht
• Het eten in het restaurant viel erg tegen: het was niet lekker en bovendien erg duur. Zo betaalden we €7 voor een bordje patat dat ook nog eens koud werd geserveerd.
• Het hotel ligt vrij afgelegen, waardoor je echt een auto nodig hebt.

Excellent Un séjour parfait à Elysium Deluxe Suite

Je recommande vivement Elysium Deluxe Suites pour toute personne en quête de confort, de calme et de qualité. Situé dans un quartier paisible de Kepez, cet établissement est un véritable havre de paix. Les suites sont modernes, spacieuses et impeccablement propres, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable : kitchenette, climatisation, Wi-Fi rapide… tout est pensé pour le bien-être du client.
Le personnel est d'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours disponible et à l’écoute, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus chaleureuse. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil attentionné et les petites attentions qui font la différence.
C’est l’adresse idéale pour se ressourcer loin de l’agitation, tout en étant à proximité de l’aéroport. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent, et je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Antalya.

Vi vart jätte nöjda! Jag var där med mina 2 döttrar. Allt var perfekt! Det hade kattungar då mina barn lekte med dem. Ren pool , bra fruskot ett perfekt familje ställe.
