Great place.

Airport shuttle was quick and easy with info via WhatsApp. The hotel staffs were wonderful and the free breakfast was good. Great value for an overnight stay.

We are writing to express our dissatisfaction with the deceptive practices of Heaven Premium Airport Hotel in Istanbul. In March 2025 we booked and paid a room for October 1, 2025 with conformation. When we arrived in Istanbul Heaven Premium Airport Hotel even send email on September 28 and October 1 to confirm the booking for Heaven Premium Airport Hotel. But when we took the hotel shuttle to the hotel instead we were taking to Lenora Airport Hotel which is significantly smaller, cheaper and without breakfast service. We talked to the person-in-charge with the Heaven Premium Airport Hotel on the phone and his responded that the hotel is overbooked and refused to provide us a room at Heaven Premium Airport Hotel . He only offered us the shuttle service to the hotel for breakfast and take us to airport.
Next day we were shuttle to the Hotel for breakfast the reception in Heaven Premium Airport refused to offer us the shuttle to the airport after we finished breakfast. So we have to take a taxi. We were very unhappy with this arrangement and felt that it was not a suitable replacement for the hotel we have originally booked .We are seeking compensation for the inconvenience and mental stress caused by this experience. Your attention to this matter is appreciated. Thank you.

On October 1, 2025, we had a confirmed booking at this hotel. We received a text an hour before we arrived Istanbul that there was shuttle service to take us to the hotel. However, just 5 minutes before we arrived the hotel we received another text message that they would be transferring us to their sister hotel, Lenora AirPort Hotel, due to overbooking. Lenora AirPort Hotel is significantly smaller and cheaper, with no breakfast service. The hotel refused to provide us with a room at Heaven Premium AirPort Hotel and instead offered to take us to the original hotel for breakfast. We were very unhappy with this arrangement and felt that it was not a suitable replacement for the hotel we had originally booked. Furthermore, after breakfast, the hotel refused to provide us with a shuttle back to the airport, leaving us to take a taxi. B4 i went someone was very helpful.loved it got there completely different night man didnt like me. Felt everything i asked in the morning off different shift werent bothered id keep well away next time you fly in early or late

The hotel is the best option for our 14-hr layover in IST. Equipped with private bath/shower and comfortable beds (1 Queen and 1 twin), the room provided a clean and safe place for us (2 people) to rest comfortably during the short layover. One disadvantage is the need for transport to/from airport, but we easily arranged Uber rides ourselves for $15-$20 USD per ride (varies depending on time of the day).

They automatically downgraded us to Heaven Inn which is owned by the same owner. The rooms were small and only had flat sheet, no blanket on the beds.

Great Service and friendly staff

My wife stayed in this hotel, i booked with round trip option, but the hotel charged 15 euros for return trip.
So, logically 15 it is price for full car, but they charged the same 15 euros from a another girl for the same trip. In the same time they charged nothing from the men in the car. So, the hotel is not very honest and consist with shuttle price.

There was no coffee for breakfast but they offered as soon as it was available

A nice place with very pleasant and helpful staff. Upon arrival at the airport, I messaged the hotel and they responded immediately with thorough directions how to get to the parking lot where I’ll be picked up by the transfer. However, note that even if you have paid for the return transfer, they will charge you in case you need to go back to the airport after your stay.

Ordering food thru front desk was misleading. Learned the hard way to verify price before booking food delivery. Also, they charged us 5 euros for two pop, when the going rate is 50 Turkish Lira. Same for having to pay for orange juice with the free breakfast. My son and his wifes room was broken into during the night by hotel staff. Hence why we cancelled our return flights room reservation at this hotel. Booked a much nicer one for 50 euros per night.
