Perfect, could not ask for more!
Pros:

This was honestly the best place we could ask for. The team were so lovely, the breakfast was outstanding, and so clean and tidy. The balcony is a perfect place to get up and watch the balloons.

La tranquillità, l'ambiente familiare, la disponibilità dello staff. Posizione ottima per andare in centro e per tutti i servizi necessari (atm, supermercato, stazione bus), ma positivamente defilata rispetto alle strutture ricettive centrali.
Colazione molto buona e varia.
A breve ci sarà anche una piscina quindi lo consiglio ancora di più!

Perfection in Cappadocia
Pros:

A wonderful place to spend our five nights in Göreme. Everyone who works here is so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Erdem, the owner is so helpful and willing to meet all your needs whether it be tours or pick-ups. Just a short stroll into the main town but staying here here is so peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our late evening on the roof terrace. Everything was perfect.

Come a casa a Goreme
Pros:

Tutto. Posizione strategica, lontana dal caos e dal traffico ma a 5 minuti a piedi da tutto. Staff cordiale, amichevole e disponibile. Essendo a gestione familiare l’attenzione è massima, ci si sente a casa. Hotel nuovo e camere spaziose dotate di tutti i comfort. Ottima e ricca la colazione con prodotti freschi e piatti fatti al momento. Chicca in più la terrazza panoramica e la piscina in fase di costruzione. Complimenti!

Great location, away from the center of the town (5 min walk), so it is quiet.
Really clean and beautiful rooms.
Excellent and tasty breakfast.
But most of all, Murat is amazing host! He provided us everything we asked for and also gave us extra tips on what we can do and see alone, recommending the best options regarding places and activities to do in Cappadocia.
You really feel looked after here!

A wonderful stay with cosy rooms, an excellent location, and the best breakfast in Cappadocia.
Pros:

The breakfast was absolutely outstanding — without a doubt, the most delicious breakfast we had in Cappadocia. The hotel also has a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were very cosy, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.

Pros:

A wonderful stay with the loveliest host. Murat was so welcoming and checked in on us constantly. The room is large and comfortable and the breakfast was exceptional. It's a short walk to the city centre but away from all the noise. The terrace is also large and beautiful and a great place to hang out for sunset but especially to see the balloons in the morning. Highly recommend this place!

Il proprietario dell albergo Murat,persona veramente professionale,garbata, gentile e disponibile in tutto,sempre attento ad ogni esigenza,ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out per circa 7 ore.
Abbiamo prenotato tramite lui il volo in mongolfiera, esperienza fantastica,tour rosso e tour verde,tutto bellissimo e precisissimo.
Se dovessi tornare qui in Cappadocia a Goreme,tornei senz'altro da IVY Cappadocia.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ivy Cappadocia Hotel. Der Besitzer Murat hat uns von Anfang an herzlich empfangen und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, reichhaltig und vollkommen ausreichend, um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals – alle waren stets aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und herzlich.
Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom Trubel, was für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen, ein großer Vorteil ist. Zudem gibt es Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, was die Anreise sehr angenehm macht.
Vielen Dank an Murat und sein Team für die tolle Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
