Franchement calme très propre personne très gentille rien a dire

The staff and receptionists were very nice and helpful. However, the bathrooms, and especially the showers, were very dirty. The shower in my room was also clogged so it would fill up with water. My room also had no hand soap and the other room had very little shampoo. It took 2-3 requests to get some. Also the location is on a hill so transportation is sometimes a problem.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and excellent service. Close to everything

The property location is good, near Beyazit tramway station and is in the middle of the bags wholesale market. The room size is good, but the room smell was always bad and it was always dirty even when asking for cleaning the room. I was able to smell the eggs fried at the breakfast from the room and the breakfast was poor in variety and no available food before the end of the breakfast time.

Buona posizione. Personale gentile. Camera ampia : andrebbe pulita meglio sotto i letti. Climatizzatore spento: và sempre chiesta l'accensione alla reception. Bagno con vasca alta e posizionata male: entrarci è un pò scomodo.

The hotel is conveniemntly located close to moste touristic activities. The breakfast is a daily variety of Turkish food and tatsed great. We enjoyed our sty there really and would surely go back.

Vista incrível para o mar de marmara. Quarto arejado, enorme, limpo, café da manhã muito bom, atendimento bom, fácil acesso ao comércio, ao trem, próximo de alguns pontos turísticos importantes. Pode caminhar tranquilamente. Seguro! Adoramos

Franchement on est très satisfaites de nôtre séjour a hôtel novus depuis la réception jusqu'au chambres qui était très propre mais la superficie très petites Pour 2 personnes le service était juste magnifique surtout Hocine,hamit, Mahmoud,et le chef cuisinier Chaabane,le seul bémol le petit déjeuner n'était au top tout Les jours le même menu ils devraient améliorée service en général il est très bien l'hôtel,et surtout l'emplacement proche de tout

Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer mir vier Betten. Die Betten waren sauber und gemütlich. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Da wir am letzten Tag sehe früh abgereist sind, konnten wir nicht frühstücken. Dafür hat uns der Herr an der Rezeption Sandwiches vorbereitet und uns mitgegeben. Das Hotel hat leider keinen Parkplatz und liegt auf einem steilen Berg.

Great staff and amazing breakfast! Convenient location but be prepare to hike up the hill as the hotel is situated on a hillside and all nearby attractions are within a few miles away.

The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Don't forget to ask for the air conditioning to be switched on at reception, otherwise the room controller is simply a decoration!

The hotel room was dirty. The front desk clerk demanded
€ 5 for an extra room key. We booked this hotel because of late changes in our travel plans. However, if one does a little research it is possible to find much nicer hotels for a similar rate.

Friendly staff, walkable distances from all shopping and Grand Bazaar and Sultan Mehmet (Blue) mosque, accessible public transportation,
