Locatie.
Tijdens ons verblijf kwamen er met taxi's elke nacht escorts naar het hotel. Wij hoorden vaak kreun geluiden waardoor we om een oplossing hebben gevraagd. De oplossing was dat wij naar een grotere kamer zijn verplaatst tegen een betaling. Dit hebben wij betaald omdat wij geen ander beschikbare hotel hebben kunnen vinden. De medewerkers zijn wel echt top. Ik zal ook een google revieuw achterlaten. Het is geen
aardig personeel vooral Ekin aan de receptie was zeer behulpzaam en spreekt goed Engels, hij geeft hele goede tips over vervoer, shoppen en restaurants

The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the subway station, department stores, and restaurants. The hotel service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Ekin, who not only provided professional service but also made me feel warm and valued throughout my stay. This hotel is definitely worth staying at again.

A szobában a folyosón mindenhol dohányfüst volt . Lent a bejáratnál nagyon próbáltak illatosítani de a szobában miért engedik hogy dohányozzanak a vendégek , az egész szoba bűzlött a cigiszagtól.

It’s situated near shops and restaurants
All of the rooms are smoking rooms - and it’s mentioned NOWHERE. So all of them have a very very strong cigarette smell, burns on the furniture and they are very badly ventilated - the odor would never go away, even if you open the window. So if you are not a smoker, I advise you to search for other options. I had a severe headache because of the strong smell that ruined 2 days of my vacation.
Plus there is black fungus on the shower room.
The hotel was cozy and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was quite convenient. I also enjoyed the food I ordered from the hotel in the evenings — it was tasty and reasonably priced, around 500 lira per person.
The only downside was that the soundproofing could be a bit better.

لا يوجد مكيف في الغرفة فقط في الصالة والجو في الصيف يكون حارا ولا تصل البرودة الى داخل الغرفة، وبشكل عام برودة المكيف ليست جيدة
