It was disappointing

I chose this hotel solely because of its proximity to Acıbadem Hospital, as I was traveling with my child for medical reasons. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

Every night, loud sexual noises and pornographic sounds could be clearly heard from the neighboring room. The noise was extremely disturbing and completely inappropriate for a hotel that accommodates families and children. Instead of feeling comfortable and safe, the atmosphere felt more like that of an adult establishment than a family-friendly hotel.

The cleanliness standards were also unacceptable. The furniture was dirty, the bed linen did not appear to be properly maintained, and there was no adequate housekeeping service. During my entire six-night stay, the room was never cleaned, and the towels were never replaced.

Due to my medical circumstances and the need to remain close to the hospital, changing hotels was not a realistic option. Otherwise, I would have left much earlier.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with children. Based on my experience, the management needs to address both the noise issues and the basic standards of cleanliness and housekeeping. This stay was extremely disappointing and far below what I expected.

The reception staff didn’t prepare our room and asked us to cancel the booking. We even didn’t stay there. The staff was unpleasant and rude, interrupting all the time.

الموظفين جدا سيئين في التعامل وغير متعاونين وقت الشيك اوت مافي احد ينزل الشنط
وبعد ماطلبنا تنظيف الغرفه سابو باب الغرفه مفتوح
المصعد جلس يومين خربان وكنت في الدور الخامس وطلبتهم منهم في حال ان المصعد ما اشتغل ح اغير الغرفه للدور الاول وبعدها شغلو المصعد
ابدا ما انصح في مكان الاقامه هذا ابدا

Super Lage Hotel direkt in der Stadt
Komme schon zum 2ten Mal. Auch alles sehr sauber des Weiteren ist das Person sehr zuvorkommend. Alle die an der Rezeption arbeiten erfüllen dir jeden Wunsch! Ebenso das preisleistungs Verhältniss super !

Pros:

The staff was very accomodating and kind. Very responsive and helpful.

Cons:

Structurally there are a few things with the building that are just old, but they aren't a reflection on the staff or the experience per say.
