Pros:

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Everything from the rooms, until the food, to the service and the outdoor area is like a dream. The service is amazing and Tugba, the manager, and her team are so lovely, they make you feel like home. Would always come back here and we miss it already!

Konaklamamız sorunsuzdu, çok iyi karşılandık. Otel çalışanları ve ekip güler yüzlü ve çok cana yakın insanlardı tekrardan gelmek için bir sebep:) sadece hotels.com’da adres farklı gözüktüğü için sıkıntı yaşadık. Alaçatı merkezde gözüküyor düzeltmenizi rica ederiz.

Kaldığım süre boyunca son derece keyif aldığım harika bir butik oteldi. Özellikle otelin temizliği ve genel düzeni gerçekten dikkat çekiciydi; her köşe özenle düşünülmüş ve tertemizdi. Hizmet kalitesi ise oldukça yüksekti — hem güler yüzlü hem de ilgili çalışanlar sayesinde kendimi evimde gibi hissettim. Müdüre Tuğba Hanım’a ayrıca teşekkür etmek isterim; misafirlerine olan ilgisi, profesyonelliği ve samimiyeti otelin sıcak atmosferine büyük katkı sağlıyor. Gerek huzurlu ortamı gerekse kaliteli hizmet anlayışıyla tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer oldu. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim!

Voger Prive Alaçatıda 3 gece 4 gün boyunca çok keyifli bir konaklama yaptık. Konumu açısında hem Çeşme Ilıca tarafına hemde Alaçatı ya ulaşım çok rahatdı. Park yeri sorunu yok hemen otelin önünde yerleri var. Elektrikli araçla gelenler için hızlı şarj istasyonu da var. Tesis son derece temiz ve güzeldi. Yemekler lezzetliydi. Personel çok ilgili ve nazikdi. Bir daha gelmek için birçok sebebimiz oldu. Keyifli bir tatil geçirdik. Teşekkürler .

Çok sevimli, konforlu ve tam dinlenmelik bir ortam. Herkes çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Özellikle otelin müdürü Ezgi hanım’ın mekan önerileri tatili dolu dolu ve tam istediğimiz gibi geçirmemizi sağladı. Şehirden uzaklaşıp sakin bir ortamda huzur bulmak isterseniz mutlaka öneririm.

Servis ve misafirperverlik çok iyi .
Havuzun temizliği konusunda biraz şüpheli idik , içinde çokca farklı şeyler yüzüyordu .emin olamadık .küçük bir havuz .
En çok da havuz odalarında iç tül biraz daha kalın olmalı yada balkon tülleri sabitlenebiliyor olmalı , kendi odamızda yan oda da ki misafilerle beraber giyindik , güneşlendik .

Pros:

Very good service, everything was very nice, the comfort of the beds and our breakfast were excellent. The hotel owner especially takes care of everyone and gives very good suggestions. He made a reservation for us at a beach club and suggested places where we could have dinner.

Leider hatten wir von beginn an einige Schwierigkeiten - angefangen hat es damit das sie die Buchung bei check in nicht gefunden haben dann haben wir ein Zimmer erhalten, wo wir nach 2 Tagen (Ankunftstag und ein Urlaubstag) in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen mussten d. H. ein erneutes mal alle Sachen packen …

Dann der schock .. Stromausfall im gesamten Hotel für unzählige stunden auch das Wasser hat nicht funktioniert und auch der Pool kippte um.

Abends hatten wir wieder bisschen strom am nächsten Tag wieder genau das selbe Problem mit dem Strom…

Zusätzlich hatten wir ganze zwei Tage keinen Zimmerservice… Stromausfall ist das eine aber man kann auch ohne strom, durchkehren, Bett machen, Toilettenpapier auffüllen … das wäre machbar gewesen.

Für uns ein Grund diese Unterkunft nicht mehr zu buchen.

Nach dem Motto aussen hui, innen pfui…

Ayşe Hanım, Haldun Bey ve diğer tüm ekip; her şey sayelerinde çok mükemmeldi. Yaz-kış tam gelip kafa dinlemelik. Full elegant beş yıldızlı otel konforunda. Eşyalar ve oda kalitesi harika, kahvaltı için seçilen ürünler ayrı ayrı çok lezzetli. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve samimi. Alaçatının kalabalığı ve gürültüsünden kaçmak için mükemmel bir otel. Kışın da açık olacaklar bu arada kesinlikle her mevsim ayrıca gelmek istiyorum :)

Es ist ein wundervolles, stylisches, zuckersüßes Hotel, die Familie war fantastisch, super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist noch sehr neu; trotzdem sitzt schon alles. Die Zimmer mit Pool Zugang sind der Hammer und würde es jeden empfehlen. Jedes Detail ist mit Liebe gemacht ❤️ sie werden es nicht bereuen!
