Cons:

Curatenia lasa de dorit. Sambata seara nu am mai avut apa calda la dus. In camera nu exista pliculete de cafea sau ceai desi aveam aparatul de fiert apa.

Местоположението беше превъзходно. Доста чисто място. Наличието на паркинг беше голям плюс при избора. Дружелюбен персонал.

Удобен креват и възглавница, вкусна закуска.

Cons:

В банята на 1102 не работеше душът пръскаше на всякъде а слушалката беше скъсан маркуча.
Липса на тоалетна хартия.
Интернета беше 🥴🥴🥴
В ресторанта нямаше достатъчно маси за всички клиенти и беше голям изчакване и разстоянието м/у масите е като в автобус стани да седна.
Момичето на рецепцията не знаеше английски и беше трудна комуникацията. Вечерната смяна вече ни съдействаше.

Good location, but overall below expectations
Pros:

It was closed to the center

Cons:

Parking was listed as available, but when we arrived it was already full, so we had to park on the side. The staff did help us arrange that, but if parking had actually been available, this would not have been necessary.

Breakfast was average. I have had much better breakfast in many 3-star hotels, so for a 4-star hotel I expected more.

The hotel is very close to the mosque, and the soundproofing is not very good, so we could clearly hear the prayers as well as people outside the hotel.

I would also expect staff at a 4-star hotel to speak at least basic English, but that was not the case. We had to use Google Translate several times to communicate.

In addition, there was no hot water in the evening, although it was fine in the morning.

It was also stated that the hotel has a restaurant, but in reality it was only a lobby bar, and no food was available to order there.

Overall, the hotel was okay, but for a 4-star hotel I expected much more.
