Kedves fogadtatás a személyzet részéről. Kiemelkedő munkájukat köszönjük. Vendéglátásban kiválóan teljesítettek. Különösen a recepciós fiú akitől minden segítséget kaptunk. A takaritóknak köszönjük a minden napi takarítást.

Cons:

Jó lett volna egy mikró, de kérésre azt is megoldotta a recepciós, amit szintén köszönünk.

Pros:

Funcionarios, tanto da recepcao, cozinha e limpeza, fantasticos e, te ajudam em tudo que precisar. Localizacao muito boa para quem quer viver uma esperiencia real em Istambul em um bairro com vida local proxima ao centro antigo.

Cons:

Tivemos problemas em um dormitorio que nos destinaram, muito bom mas, com problemas de odor de esgoto. A falha era na engenharia no Sistema de sifonagem e ventilacao do banheiros. Logo se prontificaram a darnos outro dormitorio mas, como sou engenheiro resolvi o problema com silver tape e plasticos: a janela do dormitorio dava para uma rua com movimento e baixa insolacao direta. No Ultimo dia, NAO teve jeito, tivemos que mudar para eles resolverem definitivamente o problema. Voltaria a me hospedar la

Pros:

The location was near grand bazar and galata.
The staff was friendly and kind.

Cons:

There was no fridge in the room so we couldn't keep any drinks cold.
There was a noise out side the window, I think they were chicken or goose.
The cupboard was broken.
The room needs renovation
