Oda hiç temiz değildi her yerde karıncalar vardı kolktuklar yataklar olduğu gibi toz içindeydi oda daki duş başlığı kırıktı ilk defa tatile ailemle hiç memnun kalmadık 5 kişi gittik ekonomik daire önerildi sitede onu seçtik ve bodrum katında hiç bir şekilde hava almayan bir oda veriyorlardı ilk girdiğimizde üst oda ya geçmek içinde ekstra para verdik o kadar para vermemize rağmen ne mutfağı kullanabiliyorduk ne otelin havuzuna girebiliyorduk ne de kahvaltı dahildi küçük bir buzdolabı konulmiş odaya o bile çalışmıyordu hiç tavsiye etmiyorum eğer para iadesi olsaydı kesinlikle geri vazgeçerdim o otelden ...

terrible check-in, I booked 2 economy rooms, and the staff tried to give me one economy condo stating that this is equal to two rooms, I refused, and then they gave me rooms without AC, then I pointed out to them it cleared say in the website that there is AC, finally they gave me 2 rooms, the bathroom is tiny, the toilet seat is literally attached to the shower wall on the left side, you can not sit properly on it, the elevator was not working, I tried to cancel the reservation, unfortunately, was nonrefundable, I tried to upgrade to the economy condo they asked higher rate than what is listed, so I decided to continue in the same rooms, then they asked me for extra money, I refused, they refused to clean my room in the last day
this is my worst hotel stay ever.
On the other hand, it is in great location
