Excellent- All perfect, definitely recommend.
Pros:

Nice safe area, clean, beds super comfy, staff beyond exceptional and helpful, daily breakfast excellent, daily cleaning , small fridge in room, coffee and tea facility’s in room and filled up daily, black out curtains, bathroom very clean and modern. Multiple pillows on bed to use , bedding very clean and super comfy. Large TV if need in room.

Cons:

My first room given had a stained carpet and sofa bed , but I was able to swap rooms with no fuss at all, so I was very happy. I extended my stay to 10days total.

Great location and value for business stays, but cleanliness needs improvement
Pros:

had a pleasant stay at Hampton by Hilton Kocaeli Symbol. The location is excellent - situated in a great area of Izmit and directly connected to Symbol AVM, which is very convenient.

One of the biggest advantages is the availability of both indoor and outdoor free parking, which makes it especially practical for travelers with a car. The breakfast is not very diverse, but it is sufficient and satisfying. The room was well - equipped, including an iron and ironing board, which is useful for business trips.

There is also a small fitness room available. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for short stays (2–3 days), particularly for business purposes. Compared to other options, it offers good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was not ideal. The bed linens and towels were not at the expected standard. I also requested a shoehorn, but was told that the hotel does not provide one. If the hotel improves its cleanliness standards, it could easily become one of the best and most preferred options in Izmit.

A great place to rest and recharge
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and lots of choice for breakfast. The location was great for our travel plans, we would love to come back if the opportunity presents itself.
