Номера имеют уникальный современный дизайн, наполнены комфортом и удобствами, а персонал всегда приветлив и готов помочь.

Особенно впечатляет уникальный арт-дизайн, который придает отелю особенную индивидуальность и вдохновляет на отдых и творческое настроение. Завтраки очень вкусные и имеют эксклюзивные авторские блюда, а близость к природе делает пребывание здесь по-настоящему расслабляющим.

A thoughtful, comfortable stay in a space full of personality.
Pros:

This is one of those rare places where you can feel that someone has truly cared and paid attention to every detail. Everything is thoughtfully designed, which makes the stay feel special. The bed is very comfortable, the views are lovely, and there are plenty of common areas that still feel private. The design is amazing, the staff attentive, and there are specialty coffee shops and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. A pleasant surprise was that the tap water is filtered and safe to drink, which is quite rare for Turkey.

Kikonia is perched on top of the hill, offering excellent views to the storks’ nests in front, as well as the sea. The whole place is beautifully designed by the owner, Müge, in and out, to the smallest detail. Her team and her really make sure that you are having a good time. Highly recommended!

We had a truly wonderful time! The atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the property were absolutely beautiful, all thoughtfully curated by the lovely and incredibly talented owner. She took such great care of us, and it was a real joy getting to know her.

The location is perfect—just a short distance from stunning beaches and great restaurants, yet incredibly peaceful with breathtaking views. We absolutely loved our room, and the food served by the pool was delicious.

For art lovers, this place is a hidden gem. There are on-site exhibition spaces and creative workshops taking place, adding a unique and inspiring touch to the stay.

We would return again and again to Kikonia. The energy of the village is truly something special. Highly recommended!

Pros:

A beautiful, peaceful setting with very welcoming owners and helpful staff who all made us feel at home. The entire accommodation and facilities were immaculate (and very aesthetically pleasing), with incredible views. The food provided at the accommodation was amazing, and the local village had some great food options too, even in the off-season. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back.

Cozy and stylish place
Pros:

The design is perfect. Very beautiful place with great views. Cozy and stylish. Everything is new and clean. The pool is nice, you can have a breakfast near and then just jump in the pool)))
It’s very close to the kite spot, also to the Akyaka.
the personal is very kind and welcoming. We felt like came to our friends for the vacay. We are planning to come back!

Kikonia, konumu itibari ile Akçapınar merkeze çok yakın. Müge Hanım’ın inanılmaz zevki ile çok güzel bir yer ortaya çıkmış. Çok güzel yönetilen bir aile işletmesi. Odalar temiz, ferah ve ihtiyacınız olan tüm detaylar düşünülmüş. Güler yüz ve samimiyet dolu bir otel. Bundan sonra yer bulabilirsem tek tercihimdir.

Karşılanmamız, kolay check-in ve check-out imkanı. Odamızın doğa manzarası leyleklerin tam karşımızda uçuşu ile inanılmaz dinlendirici bir deneyim yaşadık. Amazing place, everything was perfect. The rooms are super clean, the entire place has a beautiful and well-thought-out design. The surrounding village is quite charming. The hosts are lovely persons with cool backgrounds and life stories, always helpful, and a pleasure to chat with. The breakfast was delicious, included only local products, and was also very nutritious. The salty water pool and surrounding lounge area were always a nice treat after long kiting days.

Güzel ancak geliştirilmesi gereken noktalar var
Pros:

Bir geceliğine uğradık. İşletmecileri çok ilgiliydi ve süitlerde herşey düşünülmüş. Sıradanlıktan uzak tatlı ve küçük bir işletme.

Negatif noktalar; yatak double değil iki yek yatağın birleştirilmiş haliydi ve ne yazık ki gıcırdıyordu. Giriş holündeki koltuk da ne yazık ki rahatsız bir tercih olmuş. Ses yalıtımı anlamında da ne yazık ki çok zayıf. Gece geç ve sabah erken saatlerde üst kattan çok gürültü aldık. Çözümü olduğunu düşünmediğimiz ve ertesi gün ayrılacağımız için de bildirmekle uğraşamadık. Kalmayı düşünüyorsanız üst kattaki odaları tercih etmenizde fayda var.

Pros:

I thought the breakfast was really good and yummy. The design of the place is really really cool, and the amenities are really nice as well. I thought it was really sweet that they had laundry detergent and cold water in the fridge prepared for us. The place made us feel right at home and the owner was super friendly. I really liked the vibes of the suite and thought it was so cute how the place was designed based on storks.

Cons:

The only thing I wasn't too elated about was the price. I thought that 500 liras was a bit too expensive for the breakfast.

We have enjoyed the stay - it felt like home.
Pros:

The design of the apartments and the entire place is excellent; all details are well thought out.

In addition we had the beautiful view to the beach, so you can check out if the wind is already on for kitesurfing at any time 😀.

The small village does offer access to a nice/small coffee bar, a few restaurants and supermarket, so you can even skip taking the car.

Our hosts took excellent care of us and you should definitely check out their breakfast !
