We stayed on the 2nd floor doen4 nights. The hotel was perfectly located the room was a great size. Staff couldn't so enough do enough for you. Wasn't a hotel with lager louts it was a beautiful boutique hotel which I loved 😍

2 gece kaldik, cok guzel bir apart, calisanlar guler yuzlu ve ilgili. Olumsuz yani ise lavaboda havalandirma yok ve yataklar cok rahat degildi. Bunlar harici gayet guzel.

Oda,temizlik,personel gerçekten 10/10. Yaşadığımız tek problem ki bence müşterilerin böyle şeylerle uğraşmaması gerekir hotels uygulamasından kahvaltı dahil aldığımız konaklama otele giriş esnasında sistemde oda gözüküyor kahvaltı yok denilerek sadece oda verildi. İtiraz etmedik sistemsel problem olabilir diye ama hotels kahvaltı dahil diyerek insanları yanıltmak veya uğraştırmak yerine işletmelerle daha net iletişimler kurarak bu gibi sorunlar yaşatmamalı. Neyse ki hotels üzerinden yapılan geri dönüşle otelin resepsiyonundaki hanımefendinin de yardımıyla hata telafi edildi. Bunun dışında herşey gayet iyiydi,memnun kaldık.

Staff can be more friendly, they never say hello or anything. Last year the staff was more friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Great location, which is within walking distance of main shopping areas and restaurants. Comfortable, well proportioned rooms.
Room and commom areas are very clean with towels, and bed linen changes every day if required.
Staff were helpful and very friendly with a relaxed atmosphere.
Highly recommended.

Should have included breakfast for the price
Also 1time beverages ie tea and coffee ~ should be refilled everyday though we do not have room service everyday

Would highly recommend to others and will stay again in the future.
Pros:

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, the apartment was beautiful and had everything that we needed.

Cons:

The rooms aren’t very soundproof and corridor noise can be easily heard in the apartment.
