Pros:

Otel, mimarisi, konumu ve kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Personel her konuda elinden geleni yapan nazik bir ekipten oluşuyordu. Ama düğün sezonunda akşamları çocukla kalmak ve o gürültüde uyumaya çalışmak zorlayıcı.

Pros:

Otel giriş işlemleri çok hızlı bir şekilde gerçekleşti. Personel güler yüzlü, yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Havuz derinliği 140cm ve çocuklar için 50cm olan havuz da vardı. Otel bahçesinde çalan Soft müzikler çok keyifliydi. Yemekleri gayet başarılıydı. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi ve dolgundu.
Eksi yönleri, buzdolabı yeterli soğutmuyordu.
Büyük duş başlığı kırıktı.
Duştaki su gideri, suyu hızlı boşaltmadığı için su birikiyordu.

Güzel manzara güzel hizmet
Pros:

Park yeri mevcut güzel bir özellik. Girdiğinizde lobinin karşısında balkon mevcut göl manzarası var işlemleri beklerken. Çalışanlar her ihtiyaca yardımcı oluyorlar, mesela oda hazır değilse eşyaları tutuyorlar. Aşağıda göl manzaralı restaurant/cafede oturmak keyifli. Bahçede göl boyunca sallanan banklar ve normal banklar var. Restaurantta yemekler lezzetliydi. Kahvaltı açık büfe değil ama serpme kahvaltı getiriyorlar gayet yeterli. Odalar yenilenmiş, 2 oda almıştık ikisinde de buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Onun dışında oda iyiydi.

Pros:

Otelin konumu müthiş. Manzara şahane. Yalnızca odalar biraz daha özenli olabilir, bir de restaurant/yiyecek/içecek hizmeti belki de tam sezon olmadığı için zayıf kalmıştı. Ancak yine de Sapanca konumunda yeniden konaklayacak olursam tercih edeceğim bir yer. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için tavsiye ederim.

Tesis güzel, göle nazır güzel bir manzarası var, araç park yeri mevcut. Restoranı var, içeride veya dışarıda Sapanca gölünü seyrederek yemek yiyebilir, kahvaltı yapabilirsiniz.
Gördüğümüz en büyük olumsuzluk ise oldukça temiz olmasına rağmen tuvalet banyodan gelen koku idi. Sanırım foseptik var, oradan kaynaklanıyor.

Konumu güzel yerde biz kara manzaralı almamıza rağmen boş olduğu için bize göl manzarası oda verdiler. Teşekkür ederiz. Temizlik konusunda gerçekten çok iyilerdi her yer tertemizdi. Kahvaltı serpme gauet yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Biz akşam yrmrği için de restaurantı tercih ettik lezzetleri çok iyiydi fiyat normaldi. Gititğimiz gün açık hava sineması vardı çok iyiydi güzrl bi tatil geçirdik teşekkürler

Otelimizin yeri coğrafi olarak gayet güzeldi tek handikap hemen yanında Düğün organizasyonu olmasıydı. Çalışanlar çok kibar ve güler yüzlüydü. Otel çevresi biraz bakımsız duruyordu fakat odalar çok temiz ve güzeldi.

The place is nice, next to a lake, the people are friendly. The breakfast was a decent Turkish breakfast.
However my room wasn't made up when we got back. Apparently you need to ask them to clean your room? Never heard such an absurdity. Certainly when the don't let you know you need to ask for it.
Also this hotel popped up while I was researching inside booking for a hotel in Istanbul. It's freaking 150 km away from Istanbul

Pros:

The biggest problem was poor of reception, and Wifi did not really work properly. Room was ok, when we checked in, they did not give us the room type that we booked, so we asked them to switch us to Superior room Lake View which we paid for, and they did. That was not proper service, everything else was ok, they did not have toiletries, very noisy outside because of the event, the pool was good.
