Heart of Istanbul ❤️
Pros:

5* I had a great time at this hotel, the staff is wonderful and the location perfect in the middle of Istanbul. Short walk to everything and 1 min away you'll have a 24 hour shop that sells many essentials you'll may need on your vacation. Thanks for everything. I'll be back for sure. Cheers

Filthy & Disgusting
Pros:

When I arrived pretty late in the night at the hotel the receptionist told me that there had been a power outage at the hotel and that they therefore would like to move the guests elsewhere.
I repeatedely told her I don’t mind having no power for a while, it was late in the night and I just finally wanted to sleep.
However, they insisted and told me that apartments associated with the hotel are located just 2 streets away. So they drove me there in the middle of the night and dropped me off.
Well, what can I say, I was in for a surprise. Never before had I seen such a filthy and disgusting apartment anywhere. It was unfortunately like something out of a horror movie.
There were long hairs absolutely everywhere, including in the bed. Other things that could be found in the bed included used tissues and a rubberband. The bathroom was an absolute joke with a huge hole in the wall above the door, a large bloodstain on the doors and rust just about everywhere.
The rest of the apartment was just as filthy. I slept with all my clothes on on the bed and left very early in the morning.
Having no power for an hour or two is not a big deal for me and happens in a lot of places. But insisting that customers stay at such a filthy and disgusting alternative for the same price is absolutely unacceptable and a rip-off.
