Pros:

All Staff members speak only Turkish, one speaks Arabic.
Very difficult to communicate with.
Many rooms are underground where you dont have mobile network and no sun enters.
You are not allowed to have visitors in your room, and by visitors i mean one friend who was in need to wait one hour in my room for his date nearby.

Pros:

The service was amazing , it’s a perfect location if you want to go out and you just need a small place to sleep in after a long day out, it’s close to the metro also 3 min away from taksim square and İstiklal Blvd.

Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit TV, Klimaanlage und Wasserkocher:)
Hotel Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Avoid if you can.
Pros:

They gave us a room without windows in the basement. They had two connecting rooms. We only used one.

Pros:

The rooms are big and the deco is modern. I would give the deco and size of the room a 9 but we stay for 5 days and no one came to clean the room. It was more like an apt rental than hotel. We were first given the bottom floor and we had to change rooms. 2 of the staff member are nice and friendly but the one in the morning is a bit rude and has zero customer service. He told me that my kids should keep it down bc we took the stairs since the elevator did not have lights. I wanted to tell him that hotels are noisy and churches are quite but I decided to say okay. Overall I recommend this place if your not with kids. It’s a good size and the deco is nice.
