Asparagus hotel would be all you would need for a visit to the Old City Istanbul: excellent staff, perfect location, reasonable pricing, quiet surrounding. Recommend.

The person is working in office very nice person & polite man.
The property is located on a narrow hilly road. Access has 3 narrow steps and our room was on 3rd floor with no lift and therefor checking-in 5am with no reception and with a big suitcase was challenging. The AC was leaking in the middle of the night. Definitely not suitable for older people like us. Staff was very cooperative and well behaved. Walkable distance to Sultan Ahmad, convenient location.

The location was excellent for sightseeing and restaurants. The only down side was the aircon in the bedroom wasn’t working properly and the hot water was hard to navigate
The beds were not good and was not able to sleep well.
Otel temizdi karşılama ve çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü 1 gece konakladık tek sıkıntımız tramvayla yukarıdan yokuş aşağı inmek oldu ama diğer taraftan sahil yolundan otobüsle hallettik memnum kaldım :)

check google review, I had a reservation for a few days, but when I arrived the air conditioner wasn’t working. I contacted the reception to ask for another room because it was extremely hot, but they told me the hotel was full. I ended up leaving and requested a refund, but they refused. This place is a scam.

Çok eski bir oda verildi televizyon çalışmıyor koltuk kırık sıcak su gelmiyor. Eğer sürekli dışarda olmasaydım parasına göre bir otel değil.
I had a very good stay at Asparagus hotel. The staff was very helpful and the room was extremely clean and had all the amenities listed. Moreover, the view from my room was amazing. I am very satisfied withh my stay. It was amazing value for money
Really cheap compared to the size of the apartment. Super friendly staff and the stay was excellent. I would highly recommend it for people who are looking for hotels or apartments around this price.
The best parts of this hotel are the staff and the location. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional. The location looks like the rest of that little are, it is chaotic but safe and easy access to the main important sites. The hotel is a small cheaper hotel but it was spotless and with food linens and bed. It defending could use some repairs and renovations but not enough to make it uncomfortable. I was in a budget and this hotel was great in my price range a delivered as promised.
The road leading to the hotel was a very sharp uphill in an extremely scary place. No room service it was just terrible
It will be fantastic if a staff is available 24/7 at reception or at time if check out of guests. Check in was never a problem.
Overall hotel is good and value for money. Hotel has no life so it is a bit difficult even for staff as well plus reception was not there in morning which they informed already but it is not good for people leaving early. We had to bring diwn our bags which is dofficult from 4th floor.
