We checked in to the hotel late at
My wife and I had a terrible experience at Aneta Dream Hotel in Antalya. We checked in late at night and found our room in poor condition, with rust in the shower corners. Things worsened when my wife discovered a cockroach in the tiny bathroom. The hotel staff killed it without a sincere apology and offered no alternative room. The next morning, we found more dirt and another cockroach, prompting us to demand a refund, which the hotel refused. We had to book another hotel through Expedia, incurring extra costs. Aneta Dream Hotel is filthy, poorly managed, and has terrible customer service. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.e to our flight got

Noch nie so ein schmutziges Hotel erlebt, und ich habe jährlich mindestens 50 verschiedene Hotelübernachtungen!

Schmutz, überall Schmutz: der Zimmerboden ist dreckig und niemand wünscht sich hier diesen ohne Schuhe jemals betreten zu müssen. Die Zimmertürgriffe kleben an den Fingern, das Badezimmer inkl. Armaturen ist komplett verkalkt und versifft, im WC waren noch die Spuren des Vorbewohners, die Balkontüre lässt sich nicht verschliessen, die Matratze ohne Worte.... Überall Dreck!

Das Personal an der Reception unfreundlich Ende nie, spielt ständig Ballerspiele am Handy und ist von allen Gästen genervt.

Das Speiseangebot: billiger geht nicht und von den Getränken im Billigeinwegplastikbecher haben wir aus Ekel die Finger davon gelassen.

Ja, der Preis ist billig. Aber auch dieser billige Preis ist noch zu viel, NIEMAND will hier Urlaub machen!

Übrigens: wir sind nach der 1. Nacht ausgezogen, das erste Mal im Leben.
