Удобное расположение. Рядом много магазинчиков, кафе, где можно недорого покушать и скупиться.
Наличие завтраков. Вид с ресторана.

Cons:

Номера небольшие , санузел маленький .Бронировали 2 номера : оба требуют ремонта. В одном плесень в санузеле и запах. В другом протекает раковина . За 3 дня не убирали,
Постельное белье, полотенца пора бы поменять отелю.( какие-то пятна). Слышимость в номере.
