Pros:

Die herren die es betreiben sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Die lage ist top.. direkt bei der ubahn & busstation und direkt an der belebten einkaufsstrasse wo es auch viele lokale in der umgebung gibt. Liebe grüsse an pasha abi

Tout est à proximité, l'appartement est bien et très propre il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour. La réception est aussi là s'il y a besoin de quoi que ce soit.

J'ai vraiment passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hotel. J'y retournerais volontier.
Pros:

Très bien placé à deux pas de la grande rue Istiklal très commerçante et animée.
Le métro est sur la place Taksim à 100m avec le funiculaire pour descendre sur Kabatas et son port de ferrys qui déservent toutes les traversées sur le Bosphore. C'est vraiment très pratique pour visiter la ville.
La pièce de vie est grande, on ne manque pas d'espace. Le personnel est serviable. Ne pas hésiter à demander un room service. On peut se ravitailler très facilement auprès des épiceries de rue, notamment pour l'eau celle du robinet n'ayant pas bon goût. Il y a aussi des mini market dans le quartier pour des courses plus conséquentes.

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue peut être gênant. En soirée la circulation est sonore les conducteurs turcs n’hésitant pas à jouer du klaxon. On est proche aussi de la mosquée et donc des appels à la prière mais c'est commun dans cette ville.
Il y a peu de vaisselle, juste le minimum pour 2 personnes, mais je pense que l'on peut demander plus auprès du personnel qui est très serviable.

Pros:

The owner, Pasha, was very helpful and a truly kind person. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and responded quickly and comfortably to any requests.

The location in Taksim is extremely convenient, with easy access to a variety of shops from morning until night. I felt completely safe walking around on my own.

As mentioned in other reviews, you can hear the sound of the Qur’an recitation in the morning, but I felt it was a wonderful way to experience Turkey.

I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit Istanbul.

Cons:

Although the building shows its age, it is well maintained and kept clean. Some very particular guests might notice certain details, but it’s important not to confuse age with a lack of cleanliness.

قريب جداً من ميدان تقسيم والموقع جدا نظيف والموظفين بشوشين ومتواجدين 24 ساعة وفي خدمة المقيمين في اي وقت وانا انصح فيه

ملاحظه للاسف المكيف لايوجد في غرفه النوم فقط في الصاله وانا اقترح ان يتم وحده سيبلت يغذي غرفه النوم

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit perfekter Lage und tollem Service
Pros:

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel war sauber und komfortabel, die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Außerdem war unser Zimmer schön groß und hatte eine wohnliche Atmosphäre, was es besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Bei kleinen Anliegen wurde uns immer freundlich und schnell geholfen. Das Personal war sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam , man hat sich wirklich willkommen gefühlt. Die 24-Stunden-Rezeption hat uns zusätzlich ein sicheres Gefühl gegeben.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt: sehr zentral, in Beyoğlu und in der Nähe der Metro. Auch das Café unten und die Sitzmöglichkeiten waren sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Gab nichts, was uns wirklich gestört hat. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Wenn man ein Hotel in einer so zentralen Lage wie Beyoğlu wählt, sollte man berücksichtigen, dass es dort auch nachts lebendig und entsprechend etwas lauter ist. Wer absolute Ruhe sucht, sollte eher eine ruhigere Gegend wählen.

Apartments in Taksim
Pros:

Great location, with a subway station and bus stops nearby. The staff was very friendly and did their best to address any issues that arose. The apartment is large, with armchairs, a sofa, and a large table with chairs. The double bed is comfortable.

Cons:

The room was chilly. The air conditioner was only installed in the entryway, and the warm air didn’t reach the bedroom. I asked the staff twice to provide a space heater, but they didn’t do anything. Fortunately, by the third day, the air in the apartment had warmed up somewhat. Every night, I could hear music—especially the bass—from the bars and clubs on the street, which made it hard to fall asleep. You should also keep in mind that there’s a mosque near the apartments, and the call to prayer will wake you up in the mornings. Overall, despite a few drawbacks, the stay was comfortable.

Location was excelent ( especially that i have walking difficulty
