The location is close to Taksim square making it easy to use public transport.

Cons:

Taksim is a crowded place and the hotel is close to the live area, if you are a light sleeper the noise might bother you.

Pros:

The building is located at a prime location, close to the main street with many shops and restaurants around. Havaist coach station and Taksim metro station are located within few minutes walk from the hotel. The suit is large with a living room and a kitchenette and the AC worked well during hot weather. The staff are very friendly, responsive, and helpful. There is always someone present at the reception. The toilet flush had a problem and when we informed them they fixed it quickly without delay. When we received the place it was very clean, with fresh towels and clean kitchenware. The Wifi worked very well throughout our stay at the hotel. I highly recommend this place if you like to stay somewhere close to Taksim square and Istiklal street.

Cons:

There were a couple of things missing such as sugar and dish washing soap. The TV had very few working channels.

Cons:

The apartment was reasonably clean, but considering the high price, the service was disappointing. There was no reception desk or staff available, which made communication very difficult, especially as I was travelling with a small child.

Although I had requested a baby cot in advance, it was not there when we arrived, and we were told it could only be provided the following day. We also needed an extra blanket when the weather became colder, but it was difficult to contact anyone and receive help.

There also seemed to be mosquitoes or another type of insect in the room, and we were badly bitten during our stay. Unfortunately, the staff could not offer an effective solution. Overall, these issues made our stay uncomfortable and stressful.

Lovely stay in Istiklal street
Pros:

Cenk was an amazing guy. He takes care of everything. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped and modern. The toilets are very modern and new.

Cons:

Just one thing. The housekeeping was very bad and not professional at in cleaning the room

بعدها اطلب ماء للشرب يعطيني فقط بطلين ماء جميع فنادق خمس نجوم تعطي موظف لا يعطي فنادق 3نجوم افضل منكم

Местоположение.

Cons:

За пределами спальни находиться кондиционер, который работает так громко, что не возможно спать. Вместо одеяло вафельное полотенце. По факту вечером персонала нет. С кем-то решить вопрос не реально. Впервые в жизни я снял ночью другой отель и выехал. Не советую. Остались крайне негативные впечатления.
