Мой первый опыт в турецком все включено, и я осталась довольна
Pros:

Сотрудники вежливые и внимательные. Было очень приятно, что для меня создали чат в wa, куда я могла обратиться напрямую с любой проблемой, и эту проблему действительно решали.

Бассейны действительно теплые зимой, я очень переживала, будет ли все работать в феврале, но мы с огромным удовольствием накупались.

Еда очень приличная, не могу сказать, что все как в лучших ресторанах, но достаточно хорошо и разнообразно. Отдельно порадовали десерты, действительно классные и вкусные, не из дешёвых ингредиентов, как это бывает в других местах. Супер, что есть место, где можно перекусить, если пропустил завтрак или обед, мы часто пропускали приемы пищи и с удовольствием этим пользовались. Разнообразные чаи в общем доступе - тоже класс. Напитки на барах приятные, качественные.

Мы очень оценили мероприятия с живой музыкой. Артисты крутые и талантливые, настоящее удовольствие их слушать.
Круто, что есть бильярд!

Вообще зимой почти все работает, были прореживания на эту тему, но это был хороший опыт.
Классный парк развлечений с аттракционами! Мы были без детей, но с огромным удовольствием катались на всем подряд, это супер.

Я очень довольна тем, какой отдых я получила за свои деньги, обязательно вернусь в сеть Риксос ещё и посоветую знакомым.

Cons:

Было пару немного дискомфортных моментов, связанных с тем, что нам изначально не объяснили, где что находится, не провели до нашего номера, в первый день мы терялись в отеле. Заметила, что у других людей такая же проблема. Было бы круто, чтобы при заселении гостей провожали прямо до номера и до основных точек типа столовой и спа зоны.
Также в парке развлечений никто не встречал нас, поэтому мы всей группой пол часа искали вход, который оказался закрыт на ремонт, и мы уже начали думать, что нас обманули и парк развлечений не работает.
Вечернее шоу в lend of legends - его просто не было. Нас предупреждали, что зимой шоу не каждый день, так что претензий к отелю нет. Но без шоу вечером в прохладную погоду выезжать из отеля на несколько часов не так уж весело, я бы советовала не ездить именно без вечернего шоу.

Этот пункт частично связан с тем, что нам не дали человека, который провел бы нас до номера. Но когда мы искали свой номер, это все выглядело немного угнетающе, потому что мы шли по очень длинным коридорам, где повсюду ремонт. Ремонт нам не мешал, мы не слышали звуки, но это немножко испортило первое впечатление. Плюс в коридорах много мусора и строительной пыли, которую ни разу при мне не убирали. Я понимаю, что ремонт логично делать зимой, но могу посоветовать поддерживать общие зоны в более симпатичном виде во время ремонта, чтобы гостям было приятно по ним ходить. Это касается только жилых коридоров, в общих зонах все было хорошо и чисто.

И если кому-то будет интересно именно про зимний опыт - раздевалка перед крытым бассейном находится на улице, так что в холодную погоду ходить переодеваться в мокром купальнике не очень приятно. И в сауну тоже через улицу. Это не критично, но просто чтобы вы были в курсе таких нюансов при бронировании. В открытом бассейне в совсем холодную погоду не очень комфортно купаться, потому что вода не настолько горячая, чтобы не мёрзнуть.

Pros:

We went during the winter, and there were renovations everywhere; the cables were annoying. They could at least have informed us. To get to our family room, you have to go through a very long corridor, and the corridor was incredibly cold. They could have added some heating. Because there weren't many customers, the food buffet had limited variety, but it was still delicious. They left treats in the room for a birthday celebration; we thank them for that. Unfortunately, Land of Legends was under renovation, so we couldn't ride the roller coaster.The heated pool and spa were excellent for spending time.

Pros:

Чудесен хотел, препоръчваме ме го горещо за зимен отдих и почивка. Храната и пититиетата бяха е изобилие и качествени, напълно отговаряха за нивото на 5 звезден хотел. Персоналът беше винаги любезен и много професионален. Получихме повече отколкото очаквахме.

Имаше много семейства с малки деца и нямаше отделна зала за хранене само за възрастни.

Ожидания не совпали с реальностью
Pros:

Вкусная еда и качественные напитки алко и безалко, очень вкусный кофе, бармен вечером готовит вкусные коктейли, приятная живая музыка по вечерам, подогреваемый бассейн на улице с комфортной температурой, отличная зона СПА с хаммамом и саунами, хороший выбор косметических процедур. Удобно, что есть трансфер по 2 раза в день туда-обратно в парк развлечений и шоппинг аллею там же

Cons:

В наши дни отдыха был ремонт многих номеров и нас поселили далеко от главного корпуса, пробираться сквозь стройку было не очень удобно, пляжа по сути нет, очень маленький кусочек с песком. Сам отель требует ремонта, это конечно не суперлюкс отель, как ожидалось от Rixos, но на несколько дней зимой, когда не очень много людей, вполне сойдет

Большая территория. Ухоженная и красивая. Теплый бассейн. Питание 10 из 10. Все очень очень вкусно и разнообразно. Даже детские пюре «Hipp» (фруктовые и овощные) всегда в наличии.

Pleasant for the price we paid in winter.
Pros:

The outdoor heated swimming pool with a front sea view and the area around is the biggest advantage of this hotel, the water was really warm, very nice to chill there in winter time, might be good in summer too. The drinks were good, very nice sparkling wine, decent cocktails. Good for families with kids as there is a Land of Legends Access. Friendly staff but didn’t get in touch with them too much, though got a complimentary bottle of wine in each room(we had 4 rooms booked in total) and free a la carte visit, that was nice, thanks to the personnel. Overall the experience was pleasant for the amount we paid in winter.

Cons:

The hotel needs renovation in rooms and public areas, looks tired. There was a stationary phone in our bathroom that made a loud beeping noise every half an hour during our whole stay. The food was average, and I would say not enough choice for the amount of guests (the hotel seemed busy, especially during meal times). But again, for the price we paid during low season it is ok.

Pros:

The cleaners in the bedroom were very good.

The spa facilities were nice - I enjoyed a very good massage and made use of the facilities such as the sauna and relaxation area.

Cons:

The food choice was poor - a selection of 3 casseroles every night and a few meats being the only choice. The à la carte restaurant food was cold so we did not return. The drinks were not made well - a hot chocolate was hot water and chocolate syrup, and they put the wrong alcohol in basic cocktails. The patisserie was open 11am - 5pm, but if you tried to eat a sandwich after 12pm the bread was stale.

There was not enough waiters, for a premium hotel we had to constantly find waiters to get drinks and cutlery. Some of them were moody when asking for simple requests like a bottle of water or ice in a cup.

We booked land of legends and nobody told us that most of it would be shut. We knew the water park would be shut at this time of year, but wasn’t made aware that the dolphin show and most of the rides were shut, even though the weather was nice.

The hotel itself was also quite boring. We were told that there was entertainment on which wasn’t true (or VERY limited). There was one piano player most nights and that’s it. The archery and darts advertised were not on, even when the weather was good. We tried to play chess, but half the pieces were missing. They had a DJ on most nights, but put the DJ both in a tiny room between two pool tables, meaning you then couldn’t play pool. There was 1 darts board (with darts missing most of the time) which was in the corner behind the pool table, meaning you would struggle to play darts if someone else was playing pool.

We then had to pay €20 to play tennis, so bring your own tennis rackets if you don’t want to get charged a small fortune to entertain yourself.
