We took two rooms in the hotel, and were very disappointed because we got very old rooms and the bathroom was shockingly old and very dirty, it is not suitable and does not come close to a 5-room hotel. It is also a big disappointment that there are no slides in the children's pools and we have to go to Land of... another hotel in the heat with a load of people.

The shuttle service and the team were absolutely amazing. Everyone was super friendly, genuinely cheerful, and clearly trying to make guests have fun while doing their job. They were also extremely helpful whenever we needed anything.

The same goes for the Rixy Kids Club team. All the ladies were fantastic; so friendly, great with the kids, and working incredibly hard to keep them entertained throughout the day. You could really see how much effort and energy they put into making the kids happy.

The food was also very good, with great taste and variety across the meals. A huge plus is that there is food available 24/7, so you never really have to worry about finding something to eat.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall service experience was very inconsistent. While some teams were excellent, we encountered several staff members who appeared disengaged, rarely greeted guests, and did not seem particularly interested in providing assistance. This had a noticeable impact on the overall feeling of hospitality.

Guest Relations & communication: This was probably the biggest disappointment. When we raised concerns or provided feedback, the responses often felt defensive rather than solution-oriented. Communication during situations involving complaints or conflict could be much more professional and constructive. Ahmet was the one manager who genuinely tried to help and deserves credit for that.

Bar service: The quality was inconsistent. On several occasions, when ordering a G&T, I received either almost entirely gin or a drink that was extremely unbalanced. This suggests that some staff may need additional training on basic drink preparation and consistency.

Baby pool temperature: The sign states that the baby pool is 32°C, while a manager told us that it was actually being measured daily at 27°C. Considering the pool is in shade throughout the day, it felt significantly colder than expected and was not particularly comfortable for a baby. There appears to be a clear discrepancy between the advertised and actual temperature that should be addressed.

À la carte restaurants: Despite staying for 11 nights, we were unable to get a single à la carte reservation. Guest Relations took our name and room number repeatedly over four consecutive days and told us they would come back to us, but we never received a confirmation or update. The app was also not functioning properly, making the reservation process extremely frustrating.

Professionalism and communication: There were also interactions that felt unnecessarily uncomfortable.

Pros:

Rixos Premium Belek was a 10/10 experience. The rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent, and everywhere was clean. The staff paid attention to every detail. I also liked the eco-friendly products and the facilities. The easy access to The Land of Legends was a big advantage. Everything met our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Rixos Park Belek et nous en gardons un très beau souvenir !

L’hôtel est très propre, bien entretenu et l’ensemble du personnel est vraiment adorable : souriant, accueillant, attentionné et toujours prêt à nous aider. Cela a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la qualité de la nourriture. Il y avait beaucoup de choix et tout était très bon. Une mention spéciale pour le restaurant Zahra, que nous avons trouvé tout simplement excellent !

L’ambiance de l’hôtel, les services proposés et l’accueil chaleureux nous ont vraiment plu. Nous avons apprécié chaque moment passé sur place et nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis, comme à la maison.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Rixos Park Belek pour leur gentillesse, leur professionnalisme et leur travail.

Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et nous serions ravis d’y revenir pour un prochain séjour!
