The outdoor heated swimming pool with a front sea view and the area around is the biggest advantage of this hotel, the water was really warm, very nice to chill there in winter time, might be good in summer too. The drinks were good, very nice sparkling wine, decent cocktails. Good for families with kids as there is a Land of Legends Access. Friendly staff but didn’t get in touch with them too much, though got a complimentary bottle of wine in each room(we had 4 rooms booked in total) and free a la carte visit, that was nice, thanks to the personnel. Overall the experience was pleasant for the amount we paid in winter.
The hotel needs renovation in rooms and public areas, looks tired. There was a stationary phone in our bathroom that made a loud beeping noise every half an hour during our whole stay. The food was average, and I would say not enough choice for the amount of guests (the hotel seemed busy, especially during meal times). But again, for the price we paid during low season it is ok.

The cleaners in the bedroom were very good.
The spa facilities were nice - I enjoyed a very good massage and made use of the facilities such as the sauna and relaxation area.
The food choice was poor - a selection of 3 casseroles every night and a few meats being the only choice. The à la carte restaurant food was cold so we did not return. The drinks were not made well - a hot chocolate was hot water and chocolate syrup, and they put the wrong alcohol in basic cocktails. The patisserie was open 11am - 5pm, but if you tried to eat a sandwich after 12pm the bread was stale.
There was not enough waiters, for a premium hotel we had to constantly find waiters to get drinks and cutlery. Some of them were moody when asking for simple requests like a bottle of water or ice in a cup.
We booked land of legends and nobody told us that most of it would be shut. We knew the water park would be shut at this time of year, but wasn’t made aware that the dolphin show and most of the rides were shut, even though the weather was nice.
The hotel itself was also quite boring. We were told that there was entertainment on which wasn’t true (or VERY limited). There was one piano player most nights and that’s it. The archery and darts advertised were not on, even when the weather was good. We tried to play chess, but half the pieces were missing. They had a DJ on most nights, but put the DJ both in a tiny room between two pool tables, meaning you then couldn’t play pool. There was 1 darts board (with darts missing most of the time) which was in the corner behind the pool table, meaning you would struggle to play darts if someone else was playing pool.
We then had to pay €20 to play tennis, so bring your own tennis rackets if you don’t want to get charged a small fortune to entertain yourself.

Я отдыхала в отеле с детьми в ноябре 2025. Мы проживали в разных номерах, номер family двух-комнатный, огромный. В номерах есть все необходимое, включая халаты и кофемашину. Ресторанов и баров много, вид с террасы основного ресторана на море и горы просто фантастический. Блюда очень разнообразные и интересные, коктейли вкусные. Но случилась неприятность, я с младшим ребенком попала в больницу. Хочу поблагодарить девушек с guests relations Ирину и Лауру, которые помогали мне оперативно решать все вопросы с доктором, вопросы старших детей, оставшихся одних в отеле, переселение в другой номер и др. Благодаря им и службе reception нам был предоставлен номер более высокой категории и бесплатно продлен до момента выезда. Можно было каждый день бесплатно посещать аквапарк и парк аттракционов land of legends, попали только один раз - дети в восторге, все горки работали до 17.11.25, без очередей. Сам отель, обслуживание, различные мероприятия , отношение к гостям в отеле Rixos на высоте!

Oteli çok beğendik. Genel olarak çok temizdi ve odalar gerçekten çok güzeldi. Ancak yorumlarda pek bahsedilmediğini gördüğüm önemli bir avantajı özellikle vurgulamak istiyorum: Land of The Legends erişimi.
Otelde konakladığınız süre boyunca Land of The Legends’e hem gündüz hem de gece giriş hakkınız oluyor. İçeri girdikten sonra tema parktaki oyuncaklardan ücretsiz faydalanabiliyorsunuz. Biz Ocak ayında konakladık; bu dönemde su parkı kapalıydı ve bazı oyuncaklar da hizmet vermiyordu. Buna rağmen iki gün boyunca aralıksız gezip keyifli vakit geçirdik.
Ayrıca Land of The Legends’a dışarıdan bilet almak isteyenler için ücretler oldukça yüksek. Hatta bazı dönemlerde, istenen ücret neredeyse otelde konaklama bedeline yaklaşıyor. Bu açıdan, otel konaklamasıyla birlikte bu erişimin sunulması ciddi bir avantaj. Üstelik otel ile tema park arası yaklaşık 13 dakika.
I liked that the property is very clean and “aesthetic”. The furniture is not cheap and comfortable. The food was amazing but could have a bigger selection.
I go to many Rixos hotels all the time, I think they are some of the best hotels. However, this one was less amazing as all the others I have been in. It’s also smaller so maybe that’s why. The service was just not as great as to what I’m used to from other Rixos hotels, so could be improved. That was my only complaint.
The resort itself was fabulous, the staff were great, and the food was over the top. Ms. Zineb from guest relations was very very helpful and cooperative, she made sure we had a great and an easy vacation with her help.
The one and only problem in the resort was the tissues. They don't offer tissue boxes in any of the rooms hahaha
