Avoid at all costs
Pros:

A really poor quality for a Rixos, definitely needs an upgrade especially the suites which we booked, they were old, dirty, had a bad smell broken furniture, were cold and had an ant infestation

Cons:

The food is of very low quality and the same thing daily. The Al a Carte options are outdoors so be prepared to get very cold. These are also limited to 1 per 5 day stay! No foods available at night, except leftover stale bits from dinner for a couple of hours. Staff have limited English and zero customer service. They downgraded us as the suites were in no condition to stay in, no refund and no apology. Shocking for a Rixos! Avoid staying here unless you want 4 star. The premium is the 5 star version

It was very dissapointing for a Rixos hotel .
Cons:

Staff are rude . Service was none to existent.Getting a drink at the bars was nightmare . They weren’t enough seating at the restaurants . Food was basic . Same food everyday . Not many options . Shuttle to land of legends only runs once a day , one at 11 am to park , one to hotel at 5:30 . They could add additional shuttles back to hotel . No drinks service at the pool area . We had to queue up again for 10 -15 mins to get a drink at the pool bar .

Pros:

Food variety and quality was ok. The staff at the Atrium Piano bar, especially the manager Okan is incredibly helpful and talented.

Cons:

Mens changing room next to the indoor pool is freezing cold and hair dryer not working. No animations or activities for kids at night apart from a single person dancing with the kids in an empty meeting room. Booked for a double bed and a sofa bed for a family of three and got only two single beds, sofa bed was not even made. Activities and animations / entertainment for adults and kids overall was pretty poor.

Essen mittelmäßig. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr groß und schön, aber sehr weiter Weg zum Hauptgebäude.
Pros:

Das kostenlose upgrade auf ein Zimmer mit Jacuzzi. Schuttle und Eintritte für Land of Legend kostenlos dabei.

Cons:

Der sehr weite Weg zum Zimmer und fast nie ein Shuttle verfügbar. Haben es nicht gecheckt wann und wie ein Shuttle fährt.
