Pros:

Сервис на высоте. Чистота идеальная. В номерах есть все для удобства. Еда отменная, разнообразная. А ля карт также на высоте. Очень круто, что есть вход в Лэнд Оф легендс, если из-за очередей за один день не успели, можно сходить еще, и вообще в целом не торопиться.

Cons:

Мы попали на турецкие праздники, это время шума и веселья. В не сезон бары находятся внутри, прямо под номерами. Нас изначально заселили в один из таких, причем мы с 7 месячным малышом. Первую ночь не спали, пришлось даже просить охрану, чтобы попросили гостей не шуметь (было уже после закрытия баров). Если вы с детьми, обращайте внимание на эти моменты: в турецкие праздники шумно, если не сезон, под номерами могут быть бары, в таком случае просите заселить подальше в тихую сторону.
Что касается работы баров, тоже скорее предложение: было два бармена, и один выполнял заказы официантов, другой тех, кто сам подходит заказать в бар. В один момент система дала сбой, и оба бармена выполняли заказы официантов, толпа при этом долго стояла в очереди. В том числе дети, которые стояли за молочным коктейлем. Как бы те, кто заказывает через официантов, сидят, и к тому же заказы обычно на большое количество всего, а те, кто стоят, наоборот ждут дольше

The food , the perks with the hotel ( bathrobes , wine in room , use of spa , free entry and transport to LOL )

Pros:

Rixos Premium Tekirova delivers a strong resort experience, especially in terms of service, atmosphere, and facilities.
Starting with the positives, the check-in and check-out process was excellent — truly a 10/10. The reception staff were professional, efficient, and welcoming. We were also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Rooms were very clean, and the housekeeping team did a great job throughout the stay. Cleaning staff were always helpful, attentive, and consistent, which added to the overall comfort.
The entertainment side of the hotel stands out. The live music and bar atmosphere were very good, creating a relaxed but lively evening environment. The Rixy Club is also a major highlight — extremely well organized and ideal for families. It’s one of the reasons we decided to book again. Staff across the resort were generally professional and attentive.
Regarding the food, the overall quality and variety were good. However, consistency was an issue. On several occasions, dishes were either undercooked or overcooked, which suggests that the kitchen team may be under pressure or lacks experience in some areas. Many of the cooks seemed quite young and possibly rushed during service. This was the main drawback of the stay and the only area where the hotel noticeably loses points.
The hotel was undergoing some maintenance work, which is understandable for March and did not significantly impact the overall experience.
Overall: A very good resort with excellent service, very clean rooms, strong entertainment, and great family facilities. The main area for improvement is food consistency in the kitchen. Despite this, we had a very positive stay and would return.

Номер большой уютный апгрейдили номер на 2х этажный, очень приятно
Pros:

Территория зеленая красивая, бассейн теплый, можно покататься на велосипедах, номер хороший ( но требует небольшого ремонта)

Cons:

1. Еда не по стандартам Риксос; вечная проблема с чаем- в зоне чая ложек не было или сахара

2. На ресепшене сложилось впечатление, что сотрудники не очень заинтересованы в общении с гостями. Когда мы сообщили о потерянной шапке перед отъездом, сначала не последовало никакой реакции.
Не чувствовалось - заинтресованности и риксос стандартам

Хороший отель! Мы обычно отдыхаем в Египте в Риксос Премиум Сигейт. По сравнению территория маленькая, но компактная. Питание вообще бомба!!! Молодцы!!!

Cons:

Мы заметили, что идут реновация номеров, немножко неудобно, но терпимо.

Хороший вариант в несезон
Pros:

Главные достоинства - Белек, близко до Антальи и аэропорта, хороший импортный алкоголь (пиво Бекс, виски Джемисон и др,, игристое Монтельвини), бесплатный трансфер и вход в Парк Легенд. Неплохой спа центр, но опять же хамам холодный. По еде несколько бедновато, уровень не премиум, но как говорится голодными не останетесь. Для несезона вариант неплохой.

Cons:

Из-за того что территория отеля вытянута перпендикулярно морю, пляжная линия не широкая, поэтому не особо понимаю насколько комфортно будет летом. Не очень понравилось обслуживание - халаты несли 1 день, чтобы убрались 3 раза попросил. Грязную посуду во время приема пищи особо не убираю, за напитками тоже надо ходить самим. Хамам холодный.

Pros:

Мы в отеле третий раз, плюсы явно перевешивают минусы для нас.
Плюсы:
1. Красивая, ухоженная территория
2. Бесплатный трансфер и вход в страну легенд
3. Хорошее качество алкоголя
4. Персонал внимательный к просьбам, всегда идут на уступки. Нам продлили номер, дали возможность посетить Аля карт ресторан.
5. Температура бассейнов

Cons:

В этот заезд очевидно не хватало персонала. Очереди в бар по 15 минут. Большую часть вечера проводили в очереди в бар. Не хватало столов за обедом. Официанты не успевают.
Питание простовато. Фруктов второй год не хватает. Яблоки и апельсины. Больше ничего нет

Pros:

It was very generous staff, and nice location.
Pretty comfort room and nice calm view to the inner court yard.

Cons:

A bit noise at lobby on the evenings.
But, beside that no problem at all.
