Pros:

Kaldığımız otelden son derece memnun kaldık. Otelin genel atmosferi, temizliği ve konforu beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Özellikle çalışanların güler yüzlü, ilgili ve profesyonel yaklaşımları konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Kendimizi gerçekten çok iyi karşılanmış hissettik. Wonderful people who work there.
Pros:

We often stay in Istanbul, and it’s always a bit of a gamble what kind of accommodation you’ll get neither the location nor the rating plays a big role.
However, Hotel Mona is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The cleanliness and comfort are at a very high level. But the people who work there are the best part. From the housekeeping staff, who are wonderful and always ready to help with anything you need, to the entire reception team—Hakan is a truly kind person who helped us a lot, from fixing toys to calling taxis, ordering food, or even arranging medicines from the pharmacy. We didn’t have to worry about anything. And then there’s Omar, who keeps everything under control and even knows what kind of coffee you drink, truly an unforgettable experience.
Hotel Mona Bosphorus will definitely be our first choice whenever we come to Istanbul. It has a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, is just 5 minutes from Kumpir Street, and offers parking.

Wonderful stay with incredibly friendly staff, delicious breakfast, excellent coffee, and a very convenient location.
Pros:

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff was absolutely wonderful—very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the coffee was simply the best—perfect to start the day
