Cute and nice. Good stay for a value
Pros:

View is good. Location pretty nice and quest and close to the touristic spots and stores.

Cons:

Don’t book a penthouse if u tall.
There was some malfunctions with the terrace door and clogged bathroom sink but it was kind of resolved pretty quick

Cons:

Прозорците бяха много мръсни.Пердетата бяха паднали,никой не се погрижи за тях,въпреки че поискахме да чистят стаята.
Бяхме помолили бебешко креватче,въпреки предварителното одобрение не беше изпълнено.Първоначално имаше подобен разтегателен диван,след допълнителна заявка ни предоставиха легло за новородено,а нашето бебе е на 11 месеца.

Nice staff , all the time ready to help you . Parking ✔️ - Breakfast ✔️

Cons:

The location is near Ortakoy, which is amazing , but the location is up in hills (mostly all Istanbul is full with hills ) , we made it with everyday go up & down big hills . Maybe for some people this won't be easy !

2nd time we’ve stayed here…will come again.
Pros:

The staff couldn’t do enough for us. Nothing was too much trouble. They really made our stay.

Cons:

There’s nothing not to like really. The only issue we had wasn’t hotel related. It was other residents making lots of noise outside our room in the corridors but this only happened once because the staff sorted it.

Toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Personal war freundlich, Räume waren sauber und es wurde auf Wunsch sogar eine kleine Geburtstagsüberraschung erstellt. Bei Komplikationen fand das Hotel immer eine zügige Lösung. Lage ruhig und angenehm. Es gibt eine Hotelkatze, sie ist überwiegend in der Lobby.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen ist übertrieben. Mir war nicht bewusst, dass das Hotel auf einem Berg liegt. Herunter laufen war kein Problem es waren nur 5 Gehminuten bis Otaköy. Die Taxifahrt zum Hotel rauf, hat uns circa 200TL gekostet.

A good stay
