Azak Hotel

Stayed in Azak hotel with a friend for a week. Had a great time! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is small, feels homely, and at the same time you are right on the beach and in the city. Food is good, everyone can find something they like. Rooms, pool and hotel altogether are very clean. Great budget friendly, small hotel, would recommend and would definitely come back! ❤️

I have stayed in the hotel for a week this July 2025 with my mum and the experience was so great! The hotel is located right next to the beach - It takes exactly 2 minutes from the room to the sea side. It is a cozy hotel where you know the names of your waiters, the managers and everyone is absolutely sweet. It is not like the huge hotels where it does not feel personal and you also get to know the Turkish culture a bit more. Food and drinks are amazing, the rooms are nice and cozy - all you need for a vacation stay. I will definitely come back as it feels like home :) teşekkür ederim <3 Michaela and Anna

Great location near the sea and beach club. Small, but handsome looking pool. Basic, clean room, do not expect a high standard.

Very bad hotel. Very bad staff. Bad beds.
Stone hard beds. Bad wifi. Bad cleaning. VERY loud sound from hallway(superthin doors) did sleep very bad all 14 nights.
Very bad standard. Tested the breakfast the first day and easily skipped it the next 13days. Also prepayed dinner for our stay, easily skipped that also. Only making food for locals not for tourists. Eggs were seriously rotten

The evening and nightshift at reseption was obviously not interested in its guests. Stared at mobile and did not greet us once. Guess we were "infidels??"

Dont stay here if you dont HAVE to.
The 'beachguy' is also very little service minded, we stayed at the hotels beach the first day and the neighbour hotel for the rest of the stay. We wanted to change hotel very bad but the prices all around was pretty ruff at this time.

Do NOT test the "spa" in basement. Its a pretty bad joke. Sour towels, and the 'staff' has probably exactly Zero experience/schooling to be a massage/spa worker.

If i could give Zero stars in this report, i would. Never again

The service at the reception was very poor. The staff were grumpy and rude. When we checked out, we were accused of stealing from the minibar in the room. The minibar was empty when we arrived and was only restocked 12 days after our arrival, but we did not use it. The air conditioning was very unstable and couldn’t maintain a consistent temperature. It was freezing at night, and it took a long time to cool the room. It wasn’t possible to have the room cool when we returned from the beach. The service on the beach was fantastic!!! The food at the pool was below average, but the staff there were very friendly. The spa facilities were basic, but it was affordable, and the treatments were good. The staff at the spa were very friendly and service-minded.

Beautiful otel and Beach

This hotel is one of our favoriet place in Alanya because directly on the cleopatra beah sea view clea rooms sure with friendly staff. evening at the pool bar spend quite evening i must say this also good breakfast and dinner. Mr ırfan is doing is job well and helping to everbody. Hopefully we can come back also this year. Greetings from Lebanon

Directly located in famous cleopatra beach of alanya, cable car to castle and damlatas cave just few meters a way from hotel also city center and night clubs in walking distance you can go everywhere by walking all nearby. Need to see also dim cave and dim river sure advice reception. We liked to stay here and spent full lovely days and activity

Very friendly staff clean rooms anddelicous foods also located on the famous clopetra beach. alanya city center shopping area just front of the hotel . you can also explore damlatas cave and castle of alanya. We will try to come back again

Merkezde olduğu için otopark sorunu olabiliyor. Otel Kleopatra plajında bulunuyor. Kendine ait plajı var. Şezlong ve şemsiye ücretli. Ağustos 2023’te 2 şezlong, 1 şemsiye 90₺ idi. Yarım pansiyon konseptinde. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği açık büfe. Yemekleri lezzetli. İçecekler ücretli. Odalar biraz dar ancak yeterli. Tuvalet-banyo kısmının havalandırmasından yüksek şekilde motor sesi geliyor. Belki bizim oda öyleydi bilemiyorum? Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar biraz daha güler yüzlü ve ilgili olsalar daha iyi olabilirdi. Fiyat/performans diyebileceğimiz bir otel. Çalışanlara teşekkürler.

Ilmastointi piti pientä ääntä mutta ei häirinnyt yöunta. Aamupala oli huono, mutta iltaruoka oikein hyvä. Henkilökunta oli asiallista. Yksinolevana naisena paikan hierojan jokapäiväinen halaaminen ja palvelujensa myyminen ärsytti. Myös kokki oli liian tuttavallinen. Otti mm puhelimeni ja laittoi numeronsa sinne. Baaripojat jotka olivat opiskelijoita, puhuivat hyvää englantia. Ainoastaan säärein heitä kin katon ilmastovipperä oli rikki ja sitä ei kukaan korjannut, kuumuus olk sietämätöntä. Jos pidät drinkki juomista älä valitse tätä paikkaa. Liian muslimiomistuksessa.

The hotel is decent with a great location. However, there are couple of things that should be worked on. First, the towels are not changed every day which is in my opinion mandatory for the beach hotel. We used to wash them by ourselves. Also, you have to take your shower gel, shampoo, and soap since you will get those only when you check in. Two small shampoos and soaps are definitely not enough for the trip that lasts seven days or more. WIFI is very poor and available signals are kind of confusing since they have one for each floor and area but none of them works good. The beach waiter/guardian is very unpleasent and have his own and very strange rules of selling the sun beds. For example, you come early in the morning and ask for some of the beds in the first row he tells you "No, it's reserved." Then noone appears there for the whole day or someone who is not even the quest of the hotel takes those. When you ask if you can reserve for tomorrow he says "No way!". This guy really makes you feel kind of discriminated for your own money and dealing with him on daily basis can definitely ruin your vacation.

Das Hotel liegt am schönen Kleopatrastrand. Die Lage mit dem Strand auf der einen, und dem Ort auf der anderen Seite ist das absolute Highlight des Hotels. Auf der Strandseite Ruhe, Bar, Pool und Strand und auf der anderen Seite unzählige Restaurants, Bars, Shoppingläden und Parks.
Die Zimmer sind typisch für Stadthotels, nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend. Diese sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wobei die Einrichtung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist.
Der Service war echt super. Alle supernett und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist völlig ausreichend und schmackhaft. Für den kleinen oder großen Hunger zwischendurch gibt es Typisches an der Poolbar. Abends waren wir zum Essen immer im Ort, daher können wir zum Abendbuffet nichts sagen.
Es gibt (zum Glück) keine Animation, allerdings waren wir auch in der Nebensaison vor Ort. Das kann in der Saison natürlich anders sein.
Wir waren jetzt zum wiederholten Male im Azak und kommen bestimmt wieder…

Directly on the beach just few meters a way from City and Shopping center. Sea view and clean rooms delicious yummy perfect foods weekend animations is awesome pool bar is all day open for also very friendly attentive staff.

Hotel is just TERRIBLE……we are sick, diarrhoea already 3days….FOOD IS JUST TERRIBLE, hygiene on the lowest level, NO HOT WATER IN BATHROOM, In 10 days not even 1 day was served fish, staff UNPLEASANT AND UNHELPFUL, NO WIFI, Cleaning only the floor without making up the bed, and under bed you can easily find insects, dust or other garbage left from previous guests.
DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL, this is what can I recommend to anyone!!!!!!
