Pros:

Атмосфера, близость к историческим памятникам и проживание в них. Дизайн номера с джакузи бомба!

Cons:

Только то что не все шаттлы доезжают до непосредственно самого отеля. Будет неудобно людям с ограничениями, но персонал всегда готов помочь!

Wir kommen wieder.
Pros:

Daa Personal hat uns, eine Reisetruppe bestehend aus voer Generationen, wärmstens empfangen. Es war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist herrlich, einer der besten Spots in Kappadokien.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich.

Enttäuschender Umgang mit Reklamationen
Pros:

Frühstück und Lage waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool gebucht da wir diesen unbedingt nutzen wollten.
Leider funktionierte dieser nicht. Wir teilten das mit und uns wurde zugesichert dass man sich darum kümmert. Nächster Tag ging es wieder nicht. Dritter Tag einmal kurz funktioniert dann wieder nicht.
Ich teilte dann mit dass es mich ärgert für etwas zu bezahlen was nicht funktioniert. Sie meinten ich solle meine IBAN hinterlassen und dann kümmern sie sich um eine Entschädigung.
Dann zu Hause als ich nachfragte hieß es die Bank könnte mittels IBAN keine Überweisung vornehmen. Als ich mitteilte dass dies nicht sein kann teilte man mir mit es würde dauern. Es passierte nichts und auf meine Rückfrage nach einer Zeit kam einfach keine Rückmeldung mehr. Da fühlt man sich einfach verarscht. Sehr schade. Aber das ist für mich ein absolutes No Go.

Pros:

L acceuil, la gentillesse, les conseils tout etait parfait. Je tien a féliciter MERT et MEHMET qui sont des personnes très respectueux et très gentils et qui nous ont beaucoup aider toujours avec un sourire

总体不错，网站宣传须更贴合实际。
Pros:

是一家真正的洞穴酒店，就在Uchisar城堡旁边，步行3分钟可到达。景色很好。早上在露台看热气球，非常方便。早餐很丰盛，店员很热情。因多重因素，我们定了2间Deluxe Room，其中一间免费升级到了Luxury Suite套房，房间更大，浴室更大（带浴缸），通风系统更好。

Cons:

网站上写的Deluxe Room实际就是Standard Room，通风不太好，有点憋。网站上写的字样容易使人误会。图片与实际布局有出入。
