Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé, les restaurants autour sont de bonnes qualités.
La décoration de l'hôtel est belle, la chambre était propre.
Le service du personnel de réception était au niveau (j'ai eu le droit à un gâteau d'anniversaire).

Cons:

Dans la suite il n'y avait pas de mouchoirs à disposition, ni suffisamment de gel douche. Certains coussins étaient ouverts et se vidaient de leur coton.
Le petit déjeuner manquait de variété : il n'y avait pas suffisamment de charcuterie, il n'y avait pas de café (seulement du thé et des jus de fruits). Aussi, j'aurais apprécié pouvoir commander à la carte.

Excellent location, staff were very friendly and room was amazing

Cons:

Breakfast was traditional Turkish breakfast which was nice but as someone who is not used to that type of heavy breakfast I would have appreciated some more variety of other options e.g. cereal and fruits.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Kappado-kien war einfach unvergesslich. Vom ersten Moment an wurden wir herzlich empfangen und fühlten uns sofort willkommen. Das gesamte Team war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und stets bemüht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.
Die Zimmer waren wunderschön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und boten eine perfekte Mischung aus Komfort und authentischem kappadoki-schem Flair. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die traumhafte Aussicht auf die einzigartige Landschaft und die Heißluftballons am Morgen
- ein Erlebnis, das man nie vergisst.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend, mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen, regionalen Spezialitäten und hochwertigen Produkten.
Auch die Lage des Hotels war ideal, um die schönsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region bequem zu erkunden.

Best Stay in Cappadocia
Pros:

Mike and the staff did an excellent job to make our stay comfortable. Upon learning t g at it was my wife's birthday Mike upgraded our room and made sure he got us tickets for the hot air ball ride. We will definitely be back.

Cons:

The location great and the breakfast was awesome.

Prachtige kamers en super vriendelijk personeel!

Cons:

We waren voorzien van alles in de accommodatie. De stad van Uchisar was op 5 minuten loopafstand. Naar Göreme 10 minuten met de taxi.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mert am Empfang ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und ein Organisationstalent. Er hat unsere Ausflüge organisiert, sowie ein Osmanisches Nachtessen, welches sehr lecker war!
Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und gut ausgestattet.

Typique séjour dans une magnifique chambre
Pros:

L’emplacement qui est parfait, la magnifique terrasse, le super buffet du petit déjeuner. La chambre était magnifique. Le personnel est aux petits soins avec nous.

Cons:

Le matelas était un peu mou et il faisait chaud dans la chambre. Par contre c’est la beauté de dormir dans une cave. Le tout n’a pas nuit à notre séjour.
