Cons:

Hanno insistito per organizzare il volo con le mongolfiere all'alba. Il servizio fornito da Istanbul baloon, loro fornitore, è stato pagato 240 euro a persona, molto superiore al prezzo di mercato che non supera 200 euro a persona, e non era all'alba.
Quindi voto 0 al servizio, anche se consiglio comunque il volo in mongolfiera

Traumhafter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Personal war immer für uns da und hat sogar am Geburtstag meines Freundes Kuchen aufs Zimmer gebracht. Wir haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Zimmer sind besonders. Es fühlt sich an wie eine Zeitreise. In jedem Eck sind schöne Details zu finden. Ich kann das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr gut und bietet eine tolle Aussicht und Nähe zu allen Aktivitäten.

Очень атмосферное и красивое уединенное место, где вас радушно встречают и готовы ответить на все вопросы.
Pros:

Очень уютное и тихое место, невероятные виды с террасы, приветливый и заботливый reception, готовый всегда ответить на наши вопросы, поделиться советом, порекомендовать интересные места.

Опыт жизни в пещере очень необычный! Весь отель выглядит стильно и красиво.

Cons:

Прекрасный изысканный завтрак больше подходит взрослым, а для детей опций совсем немного, буквально несколько простых позиций порадовали бы и маленьких путешественников. Завтраки изо дня в день практически одинаковые, горячие позиции в небольшом количестве.

Вода в неограниченном количестве, но в один из номеров ее не всегда приносили, хотя можно было без проблем получить воду на reception. Аналогично с гелями для душа, их не всегда возобновляли, но все вопросы всегда решались отзывчивыми сотрудниками reception. Хочется отдельно и еще раз их поблагодарить.

Place indispensable, réservez pour ne pas manquer les séjours dans des belles caves aménagées en 5 stars, très sérieux.
Pros:

Emplacement incroyable, nous avons été accommodés par la chambre présidentielle( avec piscine et lit King pour des rois), chambre exécutive( avec Jacuzzi extérieur) et chambre King( jacuzzi intérieur).

Le personnel est très accueillant, Mr Mert, Mr Mehmet et Mr Youness sont vraiment très gentils. Aussi le personnel de la terrasse à manger sont vraiment serviables.

Pros:

The hotel staff was very helpful and, above all, pleasant. The room was comfortable, with plenty of space, and the bathtub on the terrace worked (and had hot water). The breakfast was terrible—the biggest disappointment of the hotel—indeed, the tea was good. The guys at the front desk have definitely improved their service.

Het was een van mijn mooiste ervaringen!
Pros:

Het personeel was uitstekend, behulpzaam en kwam met oplossingen. Ik had een ballonvaart en een vriendin was niet meegekomen en ik wilde haar niet wakker maken. Zij hebben gratis een andere kamer geregeld, zodat ik kon slapen. Ik vond dit heel lief! Ze werken met hun hart en zijn zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Ik raad deze hotel 100 procent aan!

Great view, lovely hotel
Pros:

I liked all. Room was cave ( Before I came to Cappadocia and another hotel gave me a stone room even if I booked a cave room ). Clean, nice breakfast and view.
