We stayed at Hotel Martin for around ten days, and this was without a doubt the worst accommodation we have ever experienced. I would not even call this a hotel. It was disorganized, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable from start to finish.

The hotel has no structure at all and is extremely difficult to get in contact with. Most of the time, there was no one at the reception, and we were left to handle everything ourselves. There does not appear to be proper cleaning staff; we never saw any during our stay, and it felt like the hosts were doing everything themselves—poorly.

Cleanliness was absolutely non-existent. The hallways and rooms smelled strongly of mold and dampness. As soon as we entered our first room, it was a shock: there was mold on the floor, hair in the bathroom (on the floor and by the sink), a dirty and smelly refrigerator, a constantly running and noisy toilet, broken facilities, a non-working safe, and air conditioning that did not work. I had to clean the room myself using wet wipes.

I even brought my own pillowcase because I feel nauseous sleeping on unclean pillows. When I removed the duvet from its cover, there was visible menstrual blood on it. This made me extremely sick. Because of this, we ended up sleeping in a cold room, as the radiators were often turned off and only rarely turned on.

We were moved to another room (room 400), but it was not much better. Once again, there was hair in the bathroom, mold present, and a dirty refrigerator. The only “solution” offered was a very superficial wipe inside the fridge—nothing more. Every single time we entered the room, it smelled disgusting, like mold and dampness. Nothing ever felt clean, hygienic, or safe.

There was also constant noise—both from outside and inside the hotel. The area itself felt unsafe, and noise continued throughout the night until early morning.

Ne gece ne gündüz uyuması mümkün olmayan otel. Yatağın yanında tuvalet kağıdı duruyordu (işini bitirdiğinde peçeteye sil der gibi). Yani konsept daha çok günlük konaklamalar değil, saatlik konaklamalar için uygun. Gece otele geldiğimizde kimseler yoktu yani oteli biz koruduk diyebilirim. 🚨🚨🚨Aileler için kesinlikle uygun değil.

Zeznuli su nas 1.11 su poslali poruku da nam je otkazana soba radi stjenica. Bili smo u neugodnoj situaciji i trazili drugi hotel. A novac nam nisu vratili. Usli smo u hotel na recepciji nije bilo nikoga a hodnik je jako zmazan i sve smrdi.

J’ai aimé l’emplacement de l’hôtel.
J’ai aussi aimé la décoration/aménagement de la chambre.

Cons:

Il y avait une odeur désagréable dans notre chambre durant tout le séjour (qui s’atténuait lorsque l’on mettait la climatisation).
Aussi lorsque nous sommes arrivées nos draps et nos serviettes n’étaient pas très propres.

Staff muy amable, excelente ubicación y habitación muy cómoda, cuidada y bonita.

Cons:

No le doy puntuación máxima solo por la ausencia de ascensor y para subir al cuarto nivel cuesta bastante si vas con tu madre (al momento del check in nos ayudaron con las maletas, gracias 🙏🏼) y había bastante ruido en la noche/madrugada porque hay una discoteca justo al lado del hotel por lo que es imprescindible el uso de tapones si quieres dormir.

We didn't find anyone at the reception. The entrance and reception smell was very bad, we didn't find anyone at the reception, and called the number mentioned by the management, the mobile was left on the counter. When we didn't find anyone after 30 minutes we left the hotel.
