Pros:

Although it is against the law to smoke in an inside public place smoking was allowed in the breakfast area. Complaint made but little action taken.

Pros:

A newer hotel that has some potential but will definitely need some attention to raise it to a 5-star hotel as advertised.
Overall, the hotel is nice. The lobby is very spacious but looks more like a 3-star hotel. Our room was very large. We liked the balcony and the large windows. I would rate the rooms 4 stars. The room we received was not cleaned properly. I needed to bring the very obvious splash stains on the bedroom walls to the attention of the front desk. They promptly sent the cleaning staff who cleaned the room and walls properly.

The ocean view was great. Although we did not use the pool, it looked very good. You can also walk to the beach area catered by the hotel. The hotel snack bar was not open during our stay. The beach was not very clean. Smokers had thrown their cigarette buts everywhere and many beer bottles were left by the chairs.

The hotel food and drinks were mediocre. I would rate it 2 stars. The buffet menu is somewhat repeated every day. The food tends to be bland. The warmer lights are not always on so the food is not very hot; mostly warm. The drinks are not very good. My wife and I did not like the local wine. The only drink we had was the beer and tea. Fruit juices are very diluted.

The staff was very attentive and friendly. English speaking is limited at this facility which is typical in many parts of Turkey, which is fine. I simply used Google Translate.

The spa was good and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the Turkish bath massage and sauna.

Pros:

Was a pleasant suprise. The reviews for this property were shocking so my expectations were low. To my suprise 5 star accomadation. ( thought it was 3)
We were upgraded to a suite. We had breakfast only and the selection was huge.
Relatively new property. Maybe a few hiccups at the start, but i cannot fault the place.

Would recommend without hesitation.
