Nice and warm (end of March). Good beds and just felt comfortable. Close to local shops and restaurants. A few minutes to the metro line where you can get to the harbour (if you don't fancy the walk) or further afield like the airport (via Yenikapi).
The shower was great, but a bit much for the drainage - was fine though if you leave it for a little while :-)
Great staff, super helpful, friendly.
- They exchanged my euros for me so I had money to spend in the middls of the night which was a lifesaver,
- they allowed me to check in at 04:00 when my flight got delayed,
- they arranged taxi to the airport that was cheaper than the one I got myself of the street (while driving on meter)
Sat and drank tea with me while I waited for the taxi to arrive
The owners son wants to take over the business and is super motivated to make your stay as pleasant as possible
The old, wooden ottoman style building has its charms, and to me really made the experience feel more complete , but is of course a bit crooked and not what some people might expect. I'm looking at you Americans, I've seen your reviews, get over it

Having breakfast on the terrace with one of the best views of the city and a team which makes you feel like family. They really care about your stay and well being. That and the lovely room I choose made my stay perfect. Walking, It is also 5 minutes from the sea and less than 20 minutes to Santa Sofia.
My priority was a room with the view and it to be well illuminated, and I got it! but if yours is different just make sure to talk with the staff and they lead you to it.
It was clean
Housekeeping has stolen my shopping bag which was perfume in it, when I asked management team to check cctv, firstly they said they have no responsibility, then after long conversation, they said house keeping put it in the garbage!!! But no one has even cleaned our room which we stayed for one week! After that they said no one was entered to my room! Completely in contrast with their previous statement! It’s really disappointing and dealing with them was one of my worst experiences!

Cleanness, unstable hot water in toilet, noisy on 4th floor. Location not easy to get.

Found two cockroaches, stairs are steep. It's the last floor so seagulls or rats are very loud.

Excellent stay at Palmera Art House. It felt like we were renting an apartment. The rooms are big, clean and cozy. Very nice and spacious living room with sofa and TV. It was very convenient that there was a kitchen with all utensils. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Palmera Art House is one of the hotels of the Palmera Old City Hotel chain, so we could have breakfast and use all the facilities in Palmera Old City Hotel as well.
location was perfect and i want to mention that staff is extremely helpful and kind 🤍 breakfast was delicious 🤍
We came back after staying at this hotel a few days earlier because the service was brilliant!. People are very kind and friendly, they made us feel at home. We will definitely come back.
