Mancano degli appendini per i giubbotti e in bagno per gli asciugamani.
Le scale, seppur l’appartamento è al primo piano, sono ripide ed un po’ pericolose se non si ha molta agilità.
Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con l’acqua calda, subito risolti dalla proprietaria, con risposta immediata in whatsapp. Metterei un foglio con la spiegazione della caldaia nell’appartamento.
Se si ricerca il silenzio assoluto, poco consigliato

Hot water in the morning is not always avaliable

Lots of stairs ,windows and under bed need cleaned no remote for electric awning.

Dirty linen, dirty kitchen and bathroom. Pillowcases did not fit pillows properly along with cover for doona. Bed in second bedroom more of a king single than a double bed. Toilet lid broken, shelf in bathroom broken and dirty mattresses. Closed cupboard and wood fell off and hit me on the head. Frame for bookshelf under T.V in pieces on the floor and broken glass in fridge. Shower had a strong smell of bleach as the bleach is just squirted on and the shower is not actually cleaned or scrubbed. When I went to have a shower the floor of the shower was covered in bleach. Strong smell of bleach and cigarettes in stairwell. Items all over narrow staircase leading to apartments such as cleaning equipment, dirty and clean linen and general rubbish. Spoke to staff about the state of the room and they offered to come the next day to clean the room and never did. No second bed made when we entered apartment and were told it was not made up due to hygiene reasons as only 2 people booked but it was actually a family of 4 that had booked. No linen provided in the apartment to make the second bed. A true gentleman that worked at the bakery right next door to the apartments came and gave us the linen we needed even though he did not work at apartment. Paid for a room and I had to make up the bed myself for my children to sleep on. Reported it to staff and were given items the next day that were required and they also helped with a malfunctioning air conditioner remote after we spent the night in hot temperatures. Asked to speak to a manager for a partial refund due to the state of the apartment but there was no response and I was told they didn’t understand. Horrible accommodation in such a vibrant city due to cleanliness. Had 15 other photos of the apartment of various items mentioned but only 4 could be published.

I didn’t like anything about this property apart from the fact that it was very close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The location was really fantastic. The accommodation itself was very dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned properly. Dirty mattresses, cluttered stairwell, dirty cupboards and broken bottles left in the freezer just to name a few. We had numerous problems with the actual room not the location. I would not recommend this place to anyone as the pictures on the site unfortunately are not a true reflection of how it is. We unfortunately had to stay on two occasions because by the time we wanted to change the establishment had already charged our credit card. We complained numerous times to staff and they fixed problems with dirty linen ect but not with the overall cleanliness of the apartment. Its not fair that people pay money for a room thinking that it will be of the standard that is shown in the photos on the site but when you get there it is a completely different story.

The renovation took a long time. The room was very dirty, it looked like it had never been cleaned. The door to the balcony is especially impressive. On the stairs to the sleeping rooms on each floor there is a trash warehouse. The balcony is strewn with bulls and, along with the barbecue, is filled with rubbish and garbage. There is no coal for the barbecue.
The process of entering the building is not very clearly described; dial ** and further numbers on the keyboard, not paying attention to the intercom screen.
The sheet is the size of a mattress, so it doesn’t attach to it in any way, it constantly creeps away.
The view from the window is a burnt house, to see the sea you have to lean out of the balcony.

Needs some repairs and cleaning

I don't recommend. Dont stay here! I have just arrived at the apartment I have booked - Galata Port Suites and I can not stay here!
The room is very dirty:
-The bedsheets- white stains and hair
-There is no hot water
-Rain inside the apartment - wet all over around
-Food on the floor - you can see here a part of the mc Donald's menu
-Please have also a look at the bathroom and windows!!!!
This is unacceptable!!!!

The room wasn't fully clean and the bathroom doesn't have a window or an air system

The apartment was good, modern and is as you see in pictures and it has all the items you need. There is one appartement by level so it is good for privacy. Great location as well and great atmosphere in surrounding areas with restaurants for all budgets, walking distance to the new galatport mall and amazing view from the port.
There is no lift in the building and we have to carry the luggage to the third floor
The other main problem for us is the smell of cigarette. The appartment is non smoking but unfortunately guests are not respecting the rules for non smoking building and we could smell it in our first day in appartement and everyday on the escalator.

the house is not soundproofed

A few things that can easily be fixed.
I know it’s a new property so will have its teething issues. We requested bigger cups, tea towels and garbage bags. These were promptly delivered the next day.

Stairs to the apartment were a bit lethal. The drain in the shower did not work so water overflowed after each shower. Noise at nights can be bothersome but then again you are in a city and should most likely be out there as well.
