Geçen hafta 4 gece konakladık toll gardenda. Anna Hanım sıcak karşılama , güleryüzlü hizmeti ile çok yardımcı oldu bize her konuda. Personel de gayet iyiydi. Bahçeye bakan bungalovlarda kaldık. Gayet sessiz ve huzurluydu. Balkona çıktığınızda kuş seslerini duyabiliyorsunuz. Otelin konumu muhteşem. Yürüyerek 3 dakidada sahildesiniz. Alışveriş için market vb yerler çok yakında. Temizlik iyiydi.Temizlik, nevresim/havlu değişimi talep ile yapılıyor, sıklığını kendiniz belirliyorsunuz.
Denizi sığ ve sahili de kum.Çocuklar, su korkusu olanlar, yüzme bilmeyen veya yeni öğrenenler için ideal deniz.

Everything was perfect for me. Hotel was quiet and safe. Staff were kind and caring. Stayed for a night but I would stay longer in the following summers. Thanks for everything.

Pros:

My wife and her friend stayed here, fortunately only for one night. The location is ideal for seeing the temple and amphitheatre etc.
However the property itself was very dirty, shabby, and unsafe. Bedding was grubby and stained. Water was leaking onto the bathroom floor from somewher. Electric sockets were hanging off the wall and there were exposed wires and sockets. A dirty,used ash tray was left on our table,which was dirty and stained with red marks; not sure if it was blood or something else. Outside our window was a dumping ground for old equipment and rubbish. A real eyesore. Also, the pool filter was exposed; a child could easily trip or fall into the hole in the decking.
We conveyed our concerns to the staff/ managers. They were very nice people but didn't seem to grasp that there was a problem. They said that they would supply clean pillow cases but we didn't get them.
Photos were taken to show problems. There was only one review when I booked this hotel, and it was glowing. I can't understand why other guests have not reviewed this place.as I would definitely not book it again. Nice staff but dirty and unsafe.
