Pros:

La vue de la terrasse, le petit déjeuner +++, le parking à disposition

Cons:

L eau dans la chambre lors de la pluie, le personnel a juste mis une serviette devant la porte mais ça n’a pas suffit, l eau rentrait quand même.

Casa de banho espaçosa e quarto no geral confortável.
No pequeno almoço, havia várias opções e alguns alimentos são preparados na hora, o que é muito bom!

Cons:

Reservámos também o passeio de balão através do hotel. No dia do check-in, recebemos uma mensagem a informar que o valor iria aumentar 80€ por pessoa, apesar de a reserva já estar combinada há bastante tempo.
Achamos pouco profissional e desrespeitoso e esta situação causou-nos bastante desagrado.
Claro que cancelamos com o hotel e procuramos outra alternativa por um preço bem melhor!

The roof top balloon viewing was the highlight of our stay.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming, kind, and helpful.
The tow female staff members around during the day were particularly kind and accommodating. And one female staff in the dining hall during breakfast was very kind and helpful, with very enthusiastic energy.

Cons:

The room I got looked different to the room I originally booked.
I was offered a different room for one night, inittially I refused the offer, as the hassle of moving for just one night didn’t sound appealing, but when I asked to see the room availble I changed my mind. The staff at the reception at that time asked me to come back in 30minutes. Although he was lot attending to any other guests at that time. I came back after 10-15minutes, and he said the room was gone. I found that a bit hard to believe and was very disappointed.

Breakfast was very very basic. Same thing every day. With Although the package said exceptional breakfast when we booked.

Pros:

Emplacement éloigné du centre-ville mais calme avec une belle vue sur les ballons au lever du soleil. Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Les dames du spa étaient très gentilles.

Cons:

Je ne recommande pas les tours proposés par l'hôtel (mais qui sont les mêmes en ville) et recommandons d'explorer par soi-même. Nous avons payé un peu plus cher les tours par rapport aux autres touristes du même groupe.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Good location. Room is very nice and clean. The hotel is beautiful. Good roof top for hot air balloon views and pictures. Very good breakfast.

Cons:

Smell cigarette smoke all over in the lobby area. It made me headache when I was sitting by the sofa.

Quelques petits soucis, mais bon hôtel globalement

Le personnel du petit déjeuner est juste : EXTRAORDINAIRE ! Souriants, d’une gentillesse incroyable!
A l’accueil également, sympathique.
Ma beauté de l’hôtel, la vue en haut pour voir les montgolfières.
Localisation : parfaite, à seulement quelques minutes à pieds du centre.

Cons:

À partir de 4h45 il y a du mouvement dans l’hôtel, très mauvaise insonorisation, et donc impossible de dormir… et lorsque nous voulons faire une petite sieste, les femmes de ménages font beaucoup de bruit également, je comprend qu’elles fassent leur travail, mais
je pense que l’insonorisation est à revoir!
Nous avons eu une fuite d’eau dans notre chambre, la douche du haut coulait à travers le plafond, nous avons informé la réception, ils sont venu vider une bassine qui était déjà présente dans le plafond !!!!! Donc problème déjà présent dans la chambre 202 ! Pas possible de changer de chambre selon eux, donc nous avons insisté pour que la salle de bain soit nettoyé et car l’eau usée a été vidée dans notre douche…

Nous avons réserver la mongolfiere (Flowers ballon) avec l’hôtel, et nous sommes très déçus de cette expérience, vérifiez l’organisme avant de réserver.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kann die Heißluftballons von hier aus wunderbar sehen, ist sehr schnell bei den Feenkamienen und bei Supermärkten und Restaurants.

Très sympathique mais pas assez profité du rooftop
Pros:

L’énergie de Bahar tous les matins qui est souriante et nous fais danser sur de la bonne musique ! Merci plus largement à toute l’équipe qui a été adorable. Le toit permet d’admirer les ballons de capadoce et l’emplacement est très proche du centre ville, idéal pour se balader à pied.

Cons:

L’eau du bain était plus souvent tiède/froide que chaude malgré le fait de l’avoir mis au maximum. Et le matelas n’était vraiment pas agréable, il était dur et on sentait les ressorts.

- чистота и оформление номера в турецком стиле
- завтраки очень хорошие
- отель чистый и приятный,все оформлено со вкусом
- хорошо видно шары на рассвете, с маленькими детьми не нужно никуда ходить
- свободно можно припарковаться у отеля

Cons:

Наш номер был на первом этаже с окнами, выходящими на стену. Это не очень комфортно.
