L'emplacement est top, un peu à l'écart du centre de Goreme donc plutôt au calme. Le rooftop est vraiment super pour regarder les montgolfières le matin. Petit déjeuner efficace.
Assez grand hôtel donc pas mal de passage, en fonction de ou vous vous situez dans l'hôtel, vous pouvez avoir quelques nuisances (par exemple pas loin des escaliers)
Unser Aufenthalt im Garden Suites Hotel Cappadocia war einfach traumhaft. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns unglaublich wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Bahar Hanım und Dünya Hanım – zwei wundervolle Menschen, die jeden Morgen beim Frühstück mit ihrer herzlichen, fröhlichen und aufmerksamen Art unseren Tag verschönert haben. Man merkt sofort, dass sie ihre Arbeit mit Liebe machen. Der Service war wirklich erstklassig und selten so herzlich erlebt.
Auch das gesamte Hotelpersonal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Egal welches Anliegen oder welcher Wunsch – ein kurzer Anruf genügte und sofort wurde sich darum gekümmert. Unsere Wünsche wurden nie abgelehnt und immer mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gründlich gereinigt und alles war stets sauber, gepflegt und angenehm. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war warm, familiär und gleichzeitig sehr professionell. Man fühlt sich hier nicht wie ein Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!
Es gab ehrlich gesagt nichts Negatives. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen.

El alojamiento está muy bien y el desayuno está genial. Está a la entrada del pueblo pero en 5 mins andando llegas al centro.
Al irme, solicité ayuda para encontrar un objeto que me dejé en la habitación y que quería que se me enviara aunque tuviera que pagar. Escribí durante días y me dijeron que lo buscarían pero nunca tuve respuesta.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel in Cappadocia. Overall, it’s a very average property with nothing particularly special, and the views were not as impressive as advertised.
The main issue was how they handled tour bookings, especially the balloon ride. We booked our stay nearly four months in advance through Booking.com, and the hotel later contacted me via WhatsApp to arrange tours. Assuming it was safe, we agreed to reserve the Red Tour, Green Tour, and a hot air balloon ride.
At no point did they clearly state that payment had to be made in cash. Upon arrival, they suddenly demanded around €2400 in cash, which we didn’t have. They allowed bank transfer for the Red and Green tours but insisted the balloon ride be paid in cash.
Concerned, we checked other providers in Cappadocia and found a reputable company offering balloon rides for €170 per person by card, compared to the hotel’s €260. We chose the more reasonable option.
When I informed the hotel, they reacted aggressively, claiming they had already paid the balloon company and that cancellation wasn’t possible. They sent CCTV footage of our check-in as “proof,” but the audio was unclear. As a group of 10, we all clearly remember not confirming the balloon ride due to the cash issue, so their claim made no sense.
They also threatened to involve the police but backed off when we agreed. The use of CCTV in this way felt invasive.
Later, we found similar complaints from other guests in Google reviews, which we hadn’t seen beforehand.
This experience felt like a scam and overshadowed our stay. I strongly advise avoiding booking tours, especially balloon rides, through this hotel and instead using verified providers.
La struttura è accogliente e il personale è disponibile nell'aiutare per l'organizzazione dei vari tour. Ragazze della sala colazione gentilissime e la colazione in generale era buona. La camera con vasca idromassaggio pulita e spaziosa. L'unica pecca è che si raggiunge esternamente alla struttura e nei giorni di pioggia che sono capitati a noi per andare a fare colazione occorre comunque indossare il giubbotto e prendere l'ombrello.
In generale comunque struttura consigliata!

If I could rate this hotel higher than 10, I absolutely would! I’ve traveled to quite a few countries, and this hotel easily makes it into my top 5. Everything was just perfect.
The location is unbeatable, and the room wasn’t just clean. it was Monica clean (iykyk)! ;)
One of the absolute highlights was watching the hot air balloons rise at sunrise from the terrace… truly magical and breathtaking.
The staff made the experience even better, they were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention to Bahar and Donya for making us delicious Katmir dessert and happy eggs (see pictures!).
Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of buffet options, and the hotel also made it super convenient to book activities like horse riding, Green Tour, Red Tour, and more. I’d also highly recommend trying the Hammam here, I experienced it for the first time, and it was incredibly relaxing.
This hotel, along with the balloon ride, truly made my Cappadocia trip one of my top 5 travel experiences. Highly, highly recommended!
The only minor issue we faced was with the AC, which leaked when turned on and unfortunately couldn’t be fixed quickly, so we had to sleep without it for the night. Thankfully, the weather wasn’t too hot during our stay, so it was still manageable.
El hotel está muy cuidado y la decoración es preciosa. Está en una zona muy tranquila y a la vez cerca del centro de Goreme. El personal es muy atento, durante el check in nos informaron sobre todo tipo de actividades y se interesaron por nuestros planes en la zona para poder ayudarnos. El desayuno era muy variado y riquísimo, y la zona para tomarlo era super amplia, tenía zona interior super grande pero también terraza enorme. El rooftop es precioso e ideal para ver los globos al amanecer, en nuestro caso no tuvimos la ocasión de volar en globo y pudimos disfrutar de la experiencia desde el rooftop. Nosotros alquilamos un coche y se puede aparcar al lado sin problema. Si quieres un hotel especial y tranquilo en la zona con vistas increíbles, este es tu hotel :)

beds very too soft, also squeaky i slept very bad. the sink was bad hard to wash hands, i was told that the water was free and when i checked out they tried to charge me.
Muy cómodo hotel! El desayuno es una locura la variedad. Me encanto las chicas del desayunador siempre con buena actitud y muy amables.
It’s just 10 minutes walk from the downtown. The breakfast was amazing, and we drank two Turkish coffees each morning, highly recommended. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. If you can wake up early in the morning you can go all the way up to the rooftop and see the balloons flying into the sky and birds singing thousand songs of your liking (Tamara and Bane suggested this sentence.)
Breakfast lacks fruits. The day tours are more expensive if you book with the hotel than if you book somewhere else in the downtown, but the difference is not that drastic.
