Overall, the stay was okay, but we wouldn’t choose this hotel again, mainly because of the breakfast.
Pros:

Quiet and peaceful location with beautiful views of the hot air balloons. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Horse riding is available right next door, which was a great bonus. The hotel was comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was very limited and, in our opinion, quite disappointing. On one occasion, we even found mould on the toast bread, and some of the food didn’t seem very fresh. The coffee was also poor, with very little choice.

Esperienza piacevole, migliorabile sotto alcuni punti di vista
Pros:

La struttura molto carica e tipica, la camera bella e pulita, la colazione fatta da loro, molto buona, forse si può variare un po' durante il soggiorno ed aggiungere la descrizione per identificare gli alimenti.
Nem complesso un esperienza positiva

Cons:

Purtroppo il problema principale sono i rumori a qualsiasi ora e di qualsiasi tipo: persone che passava davanti alla camera e che parlavano, i passi sulle scale in legno, la musica dall'esterno e lo scarico del wc del piano di sopra. Sarebbe opportuno segnalare di fare silenzio nelle zone comuni quanto meno.
Era stata chiesta una camera con vista montagne e non è stato possibile e per quanto accettabili le loro motivazioni comunque siano stati messi al piano più basso con zero vista. Un po' dispiaciuta francamente.
Servizio taxi richiesto tramite la struttura è un bus che passa per vari hotel, non esclusivo, andrebbe anticipato quindi l orario del prelievo in hotel per recarsi in aeroporto perché eravamo in po' al limite con i tempi

Pros:

Hem estat molt a gust, el personal ha estat molt amable i ens ha facilitat les excursions per conèixer la zona. Ho ha gestionat tot. A banda, les instal•lacions, molt correctes. A destacar, la terrassa de dalt té unes vistes meravelloses, durant la sortida del sol i vista dels globos. Esmorzar força complert, amb terrassa interior i exterior.

Не понравилось, что принадлежности для душа не новые, а использованные. Просто закончившиеся флаконы с гелем для душа и шампунем наполнены заново.

We had such a wonderful stay in Cappadocia and left the hotel with so many beautiful memories. Everything about our experience made us feel happy and welcomed, from the atmosphere and surroundings to the warm hospitality.
Cappadocia itself is magical, but our stay made the trip even more special. We truly enjoyed every moment and left with a big smile, wonderful memories, and the hope of coming back again one day.

Bastante bien
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito está un poco a las afueras de Goreme no está en el centro comercial lo que también permite tener más silencio

Cons:

No me gusto mucho la habitación porque estaba en la planta baja y no tenía ventana y tenía mucha humedad tendrían que poner un humidificador

It is not a cave hotel like it says in the description
Pros:

Hotel is really nice. The people were great and always willing to help

Cons:

When I booked I thought it was a cave room but when I got there it was just a regular room. I felt a bit disappointed. Breakfast was ok and not much change.
