The hotel seems incredibly understaffed, which ruined our experience. Check-in at midnight required waiting around for the receptionist to return to the desk. When we finally got to our room, there were zero bath towels provided. Cleanliness was also an issue, with noticeable limescale under the bathroom taps.
Breakfast the next morning was equally frustrating. By 9:30 AM, the English breakfast buffet was almost empty, and there were no restaurant staff insight. In fact, the receptionist had to come into the dining area to take my room numbe. Management seriously needs to address their staffing levels, as the current team is stretched far too thin to provide basic hospitality.
Нам все понравилось. Невероятно красивый и исторический отель. А номер был очень атмосферным и комфортным. Территория отеля очень разнообразная.
Единственное что чуть неудобно было это - вешалки. Неудобно было вешать вещи и было маленькое пространство. В остальном все шикарно 😍
Прекрасный отель. Находится вдалеке от суеты, что является скорее плюсом. Очень тихо, шары летают прям над тобой утром, можно сделать красивые фото. Так же есть терраса специально для фотосессии. Получается очень красиво.
Завтраки были превосходные, все разнообразно и вкусно. Можно и взрослого накормить и малыша. Номер бронировали на двоих взрослых и двоих детей и бонусом шла небольшая терраса, это было очень комфортно. В отеле чисто, все качественное. Советую!
I have to start with the most special part of our stay. When we were leaving, I accidentally forgot a bag at the hotel entrance. While we were already on our way to the airport, the front desk called me to let me know. They went above and beyond and even arranged a taxi to bring my bag to the airport so I wouldn’t have to go back. That kind of care and kindness was truly amazing. The whole experience was incredible. The hotel has the perfect balance between great facilities and a warm, family-like atmosphere. It feels comfortable, welcoming, and personal. Our room was great, the breakfast was fantastic, and the terrace with the sunrise and the hot air balloons was something we will never forget.
This place completely exceeded our expectations and became one of our favorite hotel experiences ever. Without a doubt, the best place to stay in Cappadocia. I’ll be recommending it to all my friends!

Waren nur für eine Nacht dort mit 3 Kindern.
Waren auf der Durchreise und konnten leider die wunderschöne Umgebung nicht erkunden.
Die Ballons haben wir uns natürlich morgens angesehen ,Traumhaft.

No gym at hotel and breakfast very poor with many staff but little proactive Communucation. At closing time no nituce guven as thy put everything away. No idea what hot food available as ataff stood behind counter with no communication and no signs and no cards Description of food items on offer.
Booked jacuzzi at 1150am twice advised it was ready to use but was not even quarter filled and not ready for 90min with cold water used.
The place was clean and neat. The rooms were comfortable. Staff friendly and supportive.
The breakfast was limited options. They had nothing gluten free. It was a struggle. No restaurant nearby or in hotel to have food later. Costed us every-time to go into town to get food

Every thing was good
The location is good for us . It’s in a quiet street to we could easily get to the busy town centre. The rooftop terrace offers one of the best views to see hot balloons.
The rooms are a bit small.
