I will definitely stay at Olen ,next time I'm in Uskudar
Pros:

Olen Uskudar Hotel had very attentive staff . Its situated in the best location for a two weeks stay . It is surrounded with on the go eateries and public transport on its doorstep which was perfect for exploring the entire Istanbul. If you could provide an iron for each room you would deserve another * Star. Thank you for a really pleasant stay.

Comfortable and quiet, but below expectations for the price.
Pros:

The room was spacious, and because the windows faced the courtyard, it was pleasantly quiet with no issues from street noise. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was quite convenient for getting around and exploring the area.
The air conditioning worked very well.

Cons:

Apartment with some dated elements and a minor issue with the shower.
Amenities were quite limited (only one roll of toilet paper and two small bottles of water for two guests), which affected overall comfort.
The photos on Booking.com also feel quite enhanced compared to reality — the hotel is not bad, but it definitely doesn’t look as polished as shown online.

They sent a notification on the same day of arrival saying they had a broken window with no other alternatives, luckily a refund was still possible and was able to find other accomdation

Vieta ir aplinkui daug kavinių , užkandiniu ,restoranų,netoli metro linija M5,gerai veikia kondicionierius ir patogios lovos

Atvažiavus I Stambulą anksti ryte apie 8h ,viešbučio prasiau anksčiau įsileisti,nesutiko tik nuo 14h ,atvykus 14h sako mes neturime elektros ir nepriimsime be 16h . Tada pasakiau jog pavargęs ir niekur nebeisiu ..įleido į kambarį,.16h gavau kortele ,bet iškylo kitą problema ,nebuvo vandens ,tiksliau neveikė dušas ,teko eiti iki registratūros,atėjo išvalė dušo galvutė ,vanduo atsirado ,bet kitą dieną grįžus iš miesto vėl pasikartojo problema su vandens nebuvimu .tai erzina ..per visas 4 dienas ,niekas neatėjo ir nesutvarke numerio ,šiukšles teko pačiam nešti laukan ..neveikė elektros apšvietimas prie lovos,bet nebesikreipiau

Good value for money
Pros:

Helpful reception staff. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was very fresh.

Cons:

The shower wasn't very strong and needs to be repaired. There was no spare toilet roll.

The Smart television was working but I couldn't get any TV programmes. Maybe my lack of technical knowledge
