The a/c was not working until they changed our room
The room was spacious, and because the windows faced the courtyard, it was pleasantly quiet with no issues from street noise. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was quite convenient for getting around and exploring the area.
The air conditioning worked very well.
Apartment with some dated elements and a minor issue with the shower.
Amenities were quite limited (only one roll of toilet paper and two small bottles of water for two guests), which affected overall comfort.
The photos on Booking.com also feel quite enhanced compared to reality — the hotel is not bad, but it definitely doesn’t look as polished as shown online.
They sent a notification on the same day of arrival saying they had a broken window with no other alternatives, luckily a refund was still possible and was able to find other accomdation

Atvažiavus I Stambulą anksti ryte apie 8h ,viešbučio prasiau anksčiau įsileisti,nesutiko tik nuo 14h ,atvykus 14h sako mes neturime elektros ir nepriimsime be 16h . Tada pasakiau jog pavargęs ir niekur nebeisiu ..įleido į kambarį,.16h gavau kortele ,bet iškylo kitą problema ,nebuvo vandens ,tiksliau neveikė dušas ,teko eiti iki registratūros,atėjo išvalė dušo galvutė ,vanduo atsirado ,bet kitą dieną grįžus iš miesto vėl pasikartojo problema su vandens nebuvimu .tai erzina ..per visas 4 dienas ,niekas neatėjo ir nesutvarke numerio ,šiukšles teko pačiam nešti laukan ..neveikė elektros apšvietimas prie lovos,bet nebesikreipiau
Helpful reception staff. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was very fresh.
The shower wasn't very strong and needs to be repaired. There was no spare toilet roll.
The Smart television was working but I couldn't get any TV programmes. Maybe my lack of technical knowledge
L'hotel è comodo perché c'è la metropolitana vicino e ci sono anche i ristoranti per mangiare lì nei dintorni. Personale alla reception cordiale e gentile.
Io ho soggiornato in questo hotel e purtroppo nella mia stanza si sentivano tutti i rumori esterni e al mattino presto entrava la luce del sole perché non ci sono le tende adatte. Altra cosa le pulizie non venivano fatte ogni singolo giorno e quindi in bagno mettevano solo 1 rotolo di carta igienica senza un altro rotolo di scorta.
The location, done rooms don’t have curtains and I was having surgery so it was important but they moved me rooms no question and put up curtains for me.
I loved everything about this hotel! At first, I asked them if I could have a room on the lower floors, but they said they had a room for a single person inly on the 4-th floor. So I had that. And how happy I was that it was the 4th floor after all! It was a very cute room with the entrance to a roof top. So I watched the mist beautiful sunset in Istanbul and then the mist beautiful sunrise the next morning. I just wished I could stay more:) Next time in Istanbul and I hope they have that particular room available for me. And in general it is very clean pleasant and cute place to stay in.
