Pros:

Great location, but up on the hill, a bit hard to walk if it's raining

Cons:

The description of the room is not close to the reality. It said street view then they put us at the basement.
Staff reception was going back and forth about the situation. No slippers in room, no brushes, etc ..., if you need to have to call reception.
The airport transfer is just they called you a taxi then ask for higher price compared to the parameters, then keep asking why you did not choose their service. I expected to have a different type of car transfer but I realized they charged me so much higher when I arrived to the airport.
Shower was broken, need to call reception to fix it.

Schoon, ruime kamer, aardige personeel

Cons:

Elektriciteit ging uit in de nacht en we mochten niet met pin betalen want anders zou er 20% bovenop het bedrag komen.

Molto pulita e curata,i signori dei servizi camera a differenza di qualsiasi hotel anche quando uscivo alle 13 dalla camera sono sempre andati a sistemare a differenza di tanti altri hotel che normalmente dopo le 10/10.30 non lo fanno più.
Ma sopratutto alla reception ho trovato il signor mehdi una persona magnifica e cordiale mi ha dato ogni giorno indicazioni su qualsiasi cosa chiedevo e molti consigli sulla città che esternamente tende a fregare i turisti con i prezzi. Grazie signor Mehdi è una persona magnifica🫂

Pros:

El hotel está genial en general. El personal es muy amable y nos recomendó muchas actividades y tips. Buena limpieza y la habitación espaciosa y renovada.

Cons:

El edificio es antiguo, pero es normal ya que se ubica en todo el centro y está completamente renovado. Quizá las almohadas no eran del todo cómodas como nos gustaría, pero es que el resto estuvo genial.

Emplacement au top, odeurs désagréables dans l’établissement.

Emplacement proche de tout à pied.
Chambre moderne.

Il y avait une odeur dégoût dans les couloirs et la salle de bain..
Les toilettes dans la douche (littéralement) vraiment pas pratique, c’était tout le temps mouillé.
