Resimlerde teras gördüm kahvaltı veriliyordu,kahvaltısı normaldı ama muhteşem gülhane parkı manzarası vardı

Die Lage des Hotels war zwar gut, aber der Rest war leider sehr enttäuschend. Der Hoteleingang war schwer zu finden und bei unserer Ankunft war niemand an der Rezeption. Wir mussten mit zwei kleinen Kindern etwa 20–30 Minuten warten, bis überhaupt jemand kam.

Das Zimmer war ursprünglich für zwei Personen gedacht, obwohl wir mit zwei Kindern angereist sind. Es wurden einfach zwei zusätzliche Einzelbetten hineingestellt, sodass kaum noch Platz im Zimmer war. Man musste über die Betten steigen, um sich überhaupt bewegen zu können.

Besonders schlimm war die Sauberkeit. Auf einem Bettlaken war Blut. Unter der Bettwäsche und unter den Betten war es sehr dreckig – überall Haare und sogar Insekten. Aus dem Badezimmer kam ein starker, unangenehmer Kanalgeruch, was den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm gemacht hat.

Ich reise sehr viel und war schon in vielen Hotels weltweit, aber ein so unhygienisches und unangenehmes Hotel habe ich noch nie erlebt. Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen kann ich dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

Wir mussten kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel buchen und sind sofort ausgecheckt. Leider wurde uns das Geld nicht erstattet.

Nicht zu empfehlen.

Very accommodating and clean rooms, location is amazing right infront Gulhane tram station area very quiet but everything is nearby room service and breakfast views amazing, lift available. Laundry available. Well english speaking and arabic speaking
